Casey Anthony could be going back to jail At ANY moment

Just read the stuff about the chloroform parties...Why is it always young parents and young couples? Middle-aged parents never knock their kids out? Really now? I just don't understand why it's always the young parents being lumped together. I am 22 and pregnant with my fourth and I have NEVER drugged my kids, but then again, I don't party either.

Back on topic, she will probably be arrested again, get settled in her cell, and promptly be bailed out before she even has to spend one night in jail. I worry that if she is arrested in a public setting like the last time, Beaz will be able to claim that LE is trying to poison the jury pool, and he might be convincing this time. Of course all that will do is get her a change of venue and I don't think that would help her much, but still.

No. I think this arrest is "looming." When it happens, you bet the media will be all over that s**t.

The last time kc was arrested, jb said he had called le and offered to surrender her rather than have le come and arrest her. I bet he'll do the same thing. He'll probably take her to the jail himself once she arrives at his office.

ah, okay thank you.. it only applies to violent criminals. That seems wrong to me, repeated theft really should apply. IMO

On another note, has anyone else noticed an abundance of bodies that seem to be showing up in Florida? Is this normal??

People keep saying this...but come on! I am sure there are tons of bones and bodies all over the US, but how many active searches are going on?

I have to say I've been surprised by the negative things I've heard surrounding this case about young parents.

I've known young mothers, through work, family, etc. Most of them are very good parents. Many of them are single parents struggling to make good lives for their children.

Two of my parenting heroes were young mothers. One is a family member who had a disabled child at the age of 15. I have NEVER seen a more devoted parent. She has fought for her son his entire life, for education, for care, for activity. He's won silver medals twice in the special olympics. He has CP and is blind.

The other is a woman who turned her life around when she was pregnant, went to college, won the largest undergraduate literary prize in the U.S., and has published at least one book.

I don't think Casey's parenting skills have much to do with her being young. I think they have to do with her personality/mental disorders.

Back on topic: I don't know that the cops are worried about having her behind bars because people - LE, the media, concerned citizens - are watching her every move. I mean, we even talk about her facial expressions here.

If she is rearrested on financial charges, it is because that's what the law requires, not because LE is nervous, IMO.

LE may be waiting to get her in for the weekend. Isn't that what they did the last time? I think they like making a spectacle of her and are yanking her chain. All perfectly legal because she did commit these crimes. It gives the public a closer look at what LE has to deal with. Personally, I like seeing her a$$ going back to the poky.

I don't know what to make of it, this case is so crazy I wouldn't doubt somebody would plant some animal bones or something. I don't think Casey traveled as far as Jax but it's terrible to think it could be any child.

I sure hope some sick-o just wanted to make it look like a body. Sad when I'm hoping for a sick hoax. :(

Or it's another missing person's case solved....

That would be my guess.

Maybe "sources" were wrong AGAIN and there is no "in a moment" threat of another arrest.

Actually that is good it only applies to violent crimes. Prisons are too full as it is and putting people away for life for non-violent crimes isn't helping that problem.

Perhaps JB will have her turn herself in rather than they arrest her at the house this time

Leaks, leaks, leaks

Well it's coming from an "official" at the OCSO rather than a "source" - so I tend to believe it

Sorry to disagree, but I thought they changed their minds about revoking the bond, decided to NOT pull out, then she was arrested and a new bond was instated. I think the first bond was automatically revoked when she was rearrested. I could be wrong, but that's the way I heard it. LP lost his $50 grand because of her rearrest.
All these arrests and new bonds are confusing. I think Mark Williams said the bond on these new charges would be pretty small, like $3000 or something.

Casey's orginal bond that was posted with Padilla's assistance was endorsed by the bondsman, Al Estes.
please read here about the bond: http://www.websleuths.com/forums/showthread.php?t=70049&highlight=Casey's+bond+status

Yes, I listened to it and it makes sense to me that police would leak info. It's standard police practice in lots of cases....strategically leaking info produces information from the public. It may prompt someone to come forward with additional info they are seeking relating to that leak....so I see nothing wrong with it if it will help find where Caylee is alive or dead

Nothing wrong with it BUT the point is......... it does NOT have to be the truth.

Well I guess they need to use these tactics to get to the truth
