yes and did you hear him say that Cindy wasn't there to answer questions.. she was there to support HIM? what? isn't he supposed to be the one doing the supporting? very strange IMO

I thought that line was sooo off. He is as unprofessional as they get and I really hope Casey gets a decent lawyer, she needs good advice right now, not this stuff. What kind of lawyer does a press conference from the family's home before even going to the police station to see their client??? WTH?? IMOO

sorry, newbie here... who's Dakota?

She's the 12 year old that organized a vigil for Caylee and made a coupe hundred bracelets.

When she found out she might be dead she had to go to the hospital for stress.

Casey (who is on house arrest) invited her over to spend the night at her house & told her she loves her.

This lead to four of the worst pages of discussion & bickering in the past 100 threads.

The Anthony's and there attorney live in a world where people aren't supposed to think badly of baby killers, suspected or not.
If Mr. Baez knew where Caylee was, OR if Casey had any valid info they wouldn't need TES there. He is mad because LE took back the control. He essentially got one up on them when he used LP to bail her out. Now they got one up on him. WAHHHHHHHH.
He claims they did it on purpose in front of the camera's. So what??? He and his group have been hogging the airwaves.

I agree, I posted this before, but the more I think about it, the more it bothers me. This type of behavior just incites (sp?) more volatile behavior - like mob mentality....

Everytime I've heard about the hair with decomp I imagined a piece of flesh with the hair. Sry, that is a nasty thought. It has never been revealed how much hair they found, strands or a clump, or did I miss it?

Dakota is a 12 year old girl who the Anthony's and Casey have been feeding koolaid to the past month or so. Casey has been corresponding by email, most likely against her bond restrictions. The little girl found out about the decomp results this week and evidently had a breakdown of some sort because of it.

IIRC, Florida can charge without a body.

Oh yeah, I remembered those reports about her too. If you ask me and I'm nobody, I felt the little girl has some issues too. Although its HER grandmother that put this in motion as she is the adult in charge of her. Sick, just sick people, messing up a little girls emotions like that!

A bit off topic ...I think that the protestors could use their energy and time more productively but, isn't this freedom to demonstrate and free speech what 'OUR' soldiers are dying for???

Interesting question, remembering back to when right when she first got arrested. Media asked Cindy about getting a lawyer, Cindy replied that Casey already had gotten one, they didn't know him but it was Casey's choice.

The way I understood one of the experts explain the hair decomp thing is that they could actually tell if the hair came from a dead body by the flesh attached at the root. So if smeone were to say that hair came off of a jacket of caylee's that had been thrown in the trunk the study of the flesh on the hair would disprove that the hair came from a live Caylee.

ETA: Just my understanding of what was said

Test this pull one of your hairs out see the ball at the end of the strand this is still in a decomposed body but the end of that can tell if it was on a decomposed body. It changes!
