I can't imagine LE using a 12 year old child as a plant!

i don't think this little girl was a plant. That one Myspace that I thought was Casey's ("my mom didnt kill me") was deleted yesterday, I was friends with that Myspace for a while and even sent a message to it. I used a dormant Myspace for this, I had not 1 view in months. All the sudden overnight after it is found out that Casey is messaging people on Myspace, my profile got 4 more views, like LE wanted to find out if she was talking to any other kids.

I'm going to leave for awhile, have some chores to do. I hope and pray that they find little Caylee today, and that being back in jail will cause Casey to tell where her daughter is.... it's time!

Mommaearth has started a thread this morning that says bond HAS been revoked by the Tampa bonding agency. I am a bit confused if the Padillia's are part of this, or if it was revoked by the Florida agency who actually fronted the money. Anyway, here is a link:

And by the way, the chances of Casey doing less than 10 years in prison are not as remote as many would think: LE doesn't have one single shred of evidence that Casey was criminally responsible for Caylee's death. And the DNA likely won't provide LE with a cause of death no matter what else it might tend to prove.

What the evidence proves (so far) is that Caylee is dead, that Caylee died while under the general care and supervision of her mother Casey, and that based on all of the witness statements gathered, that Casey likely concealed Caylee's body somewhere. But there's no cause of death in any of the evidence.

I would recommend you take a hard look at the Logan Tucker case. His mother is serving Life w/o parole with NO cause or NO body. Thank goodness they don't need either to convict.

We are trying to stay TOTALLY away from any dialog regarding this 12 year old child, her parents or grandparents.

Patti, I agree with this. Is there a way to discuss possible bail violations, or is this a moot point right now?

If Caylee was placed in a dumpster, over 75 days ago, and with all the trash sent to the landfill over all these days, chances of finding her are very slim. Not impossible BUT very slim.

No Amy did not see Caylee when Casey picked her up at the airport. All this info is in the 400 page documents.

hate to ask such an awful question, but would they have sent cadaver dogs to the landfills and if not, why not? IMOO

Yes, it has been reported that the original bond was revoked by the Florida agency. The Padillas wouldn't have much say if that agency pulled their bond, if I understand it correctly. It may also mean that Leonard can get his money back.

There is so much information in the documents and I really suggest you read them.

Yes, Amy reported weeks ago the last time she saw Caylee was only a few days before Caylee went missing.

At this moment, I am brain dead, so I can't recall if in the documents if LE asked Amy is Caylee was ever in her car.

I really don't care if his record is good or not. He seems to be spinning this case via Casey and is going to go down in a blazing pile here. He has won some small battles, but he is not going to win the war.

I would be delighted if Leonard gets the $50,000.00 back! However, he is still out the grand a day it has taken to "protect" his investment along with the other expenses. I was curious when I heard Greta tell him to go get back his money. Hope she was right, but then doesn't it mean Tony loses all the way around?! Guess we will have to wait on him to come and explain it all.

YES! Casey is going nowhere for now except the cell where she truly belongs. Guess the weekend BBQ is off and her plans to sit n chat on the internet are abandoned. Isolation and video conferences are again her world instead. YIPPEE!!!

They usually don't do that until they have some reason to believe that there is a body and what part of the landfill. These are expensive, loved animals that work hard for us. Landfills are toxic and dangerous places.

I don't recall ANYTHING of Caylee being in Amys car- if she was LE has not released that information
