I have never been a fan of Defense attorney's. Although I respect the profession, but with Defense attorney's as long as their client says "I'm innocent" they will do everything to defend their client.

However, I take out the title "Defense Attorney" and make them just a regular "Joe", and wonder "what in the world are you thinking, can't you see there is something clearly wrong here?"

I"m sure JB knows Casey is guilty as he$$. He just can't act like he knows. I work with someone who's husband is a defense attny. He's not supposed to tell her anything specific about the case, of course, but he will tell her whether he thinks his client is guilty or not.

They didn't revoke as far as I know. But I hope they will! I want her locked up again. It's not right that she gets to sit in her room surfing the net while that sweet baby is out there someplace. I can't take much more of this.

Yes, the bond has been revoked. Look back at page 12 or so. It's there.

I wouldn't think a nurse and an ex-detective would need to be schooled on DNA by an attorney. They know exactly what DNA is and what significance it has. Maybe they're denying it to themselves at this point, but they know good and well.

I agree with you and we don't know what Baez is telling the family. It's more reasonable to presume that if anything, Baez is telling them that the forensics aren't airtight; that the air farm stuff methodology is so new that no one can guarantee for sure whether it will even be admissible, and that DNA can be challenged without necessarily arguing that the underlying science is crackpot.

She said deputies arrived at the house witCindy Anthony echoed those statements Saturday.hout a warrant and told her they were taking Casey to a safe place.

So LP & TP revoked her bond already .....knew it!!

"Early Saturday morning, the Tampa bonding company that had put up $50,000 to get Casey out of jail on original charges of child endangerment and lying to authorities about the disappearance of her young daughter Caylee, revoked that bond."

Also overnight, the bond company that posted her original bond, revoked it.:clap:

I'm going to toss a few thoughts out there on this. IMO, at least Cindy seems to be able to be manipulated pretty easily (looking back on all of the chit that Casey has pulled up until now) so why wouldn't she be able to be manipulated by JB too. As for George, he's been silent for a while now (except for his outburst yesterday) and so I can't really speak on what he may believe but he doesn't speak out for Casey nor JB, he spoke out yesterday about the body not being Caylee's in the back of the trunk. Plus, he's tried to stay out of the house as much as he can, IMO, as well. I don't think George has been manipulated as much. So for me, I think the Kool-Aid's been handed out by JB and his client and Cindy's just drinkin' it up. George may have taken a few sips.........

I completely agree with you. They are listening to Jose Baez and his spin. Of course is going to have spin to protect his client Casey Anthony. But there is a conflict of interest with the parents. That family needs good mental health professionals and a child's advocate on their side, instead of listening to the crap coming out of Baez's mouth.

True! Btw, I want to tell you I love your posts, you seem so intelligent!
I do realize defense attys have to defend their client... but it amazes me that he can believe Casey's lies about Caylee being kidnapped and she is staying quiet to protect her. If Casey knew who kidnapped her... which I don't for one minute believe... she would be singing like a bird so they could go rescue that baby girl! GMAB! I suppose he's saying that Casey stole all that money to pay off the kidnappers!

What an action filled night.
I think LE did an awesome job.
I watched the presser and had to LOL when he said that her expression has remained the same, as is was from the beginning.

Tim Miller made me cry when he said on Nancy grace that Casey never mentions Caylee(not that I am surprised , but I just felt so bad for him).

So so true. I thought maybe, just maybe, Beth and Tim would have some effect on Cindy. But alas, not. She's taking a heavy dose of Kool-aid every day (along with some other things, IMO) and I think that if she was to really accept the facts, she would totally lose it...........

PattyG, I agree. I think Baez is feeding Cindy and George this baloney about the DNA tests not being conclusive and can't prove it was a dead body or a live one, etc. I realize he's a defense attorny, and doing his job... but he is doing Cindy a disservice by convincing her that Casey is innocent. I would love to know what these compelling reasons are too... I don't think any reason would be compelling enough for me to sit back a whole month before I reported that my baby was missing! There is no excuse for that.

Baez was the epitamy of a lawyer talking out 2 sides of his face last night. On the one "face", he said that LE was not looking for Caley. On the other "face", he said that LE's "little dive training exercise" that occurred last month was not just for their usual training, they were looking in that water by the Anthony home, for Caylee.

Then he goes on to say that Casey has compelling evidence of Caylee's whereabouts that he's not prepared to discuss with the media, otherwise he would be revealing their hand to the prosecution, and he's not prepared to do that. I would like to know, what evidence does she have that is so compelling that would lead me to believe that A) Caylee is alive and out there somewhere; and B) Casey had nothing to do with killing her child?

All the evidence I need is;

- The cadaver dogs "hit" on 2 separate areas of Casey's car
- Air samples from the trunk came back positive for the smell of decomp
- Preliminary test results came back from the FBI Lab that shows a decomposing body was in the trunk of that car.
- Towing company confirmed the smell of death in that car.
- Casey was the last person "known" to have driven that car before it was towed.

Now all I'm waiting to hear, is whether the FBI test results also show that the source of the decomp is tied directly to Caylee through DNA.

I believe that LE has "connected the dots" extremely well on this one, and it's going to be very difficult for Baez to convince a jury of 12, otherwise. If Cindy and George refuse to understand and believe in the evidence I've noted above, then they are grieving grandparents that are just in denial of the whole sad situation.

Nancy's show has become so sensational and gravitates toward being tabloidish. I use to be an avid watcher of Nancy know she grates on my nerves and it doesn't even take 5 minutes into her show to do so.

I know, things have gone downhill for that show. I started watching her on court tv during the Peterson trial and I really liked her. Now it seems obvious every guest has a pre-determined stance to take on any one topic, almost scripted.

I liked the way the guest host took the 400 pages of released documents from a few days ago, placed the papers next to her cheek, and rifled them the way one rifles a deck of playing cards -- while simultaneously shouting "Bombshell News"!

Every eight minutes.

Jose Baez said last nite that Law Enforcement is releasing these leaks and 'You don't see my office releasing leaks'.

My thoughts to that are, "Well maybe you should be leaking info so we can find Caylee!!!!!"

EXACTLY! He is all about the defense stratagy, HIS focus isnt even on Caylee, it's on defending Casey. And if there were a very compelling reason for her silence, HE SHOULD disclose it to help find Caylee. But basically he can't b/c it's all part of a bs defense.
