Amy stated she saw Caylee and Casey together June 12, 13, or 14th, of what I recall.

Wasnt that Kristina and not Amy? I may be wrong but I thought Kristina said they went for a walk.

Just before all the developments yesterday, a sleuther had come across a bunch of facebook messages between Casey and TonE that dated back months before he told police he met her. Does anyone know how long Clint knew him before that? Did TL move to Florida to meet Casey (there sure was a lot of correspondence on facebook alone, and perhaps police have more). Has anyone involved in this case known him for long? And why did he want out of his lease so bad?....has anyone bothered to ask him that? IMOO

I don't think LE were just putting on a show. I think it's a combo of 2 things. One, they are trying just like everybody else, to get the family to snap out of it. The fact that they sent 2 homicide detectives and didn't disclose immediatley why they were arresting her tells me they don't have much on her, as far as making a strong murder or manslaughter case, and they really wanted the family and Casey to crack at that moment, with the fear of going back to jail combined with an uncertainty as to why they were taking her in...and hoped she would say something at that moment to keep herself out. JMO

I didn't either when I read Amy's statement. I just didn't have the energy to go and look it up in the documents for the poster that asked the question.

Now THAT is also some good news. It will be interesting to see how confident they all are, especially George; being ex-LE, with spinning their yarns under oath.

George and Cindy can say they never said they smelled anything in the trunk, but there were witnesses or it was caught on tape. Scott Peterson's media interviews came back to haunt him; Cindy and George's will too. Most likely neither Cindy nor George will be charged with perjury, but they will clearly be shown to be the liars that they are and any jury with any sense, will toss out anything they have said.

Two questions: (1) Wasn't casey wearing a Where's Caylee shirt last night when arrested? Where did she get the blue shirt for the pic? (Or is that prison issue?)

(2) If LE has evidence that Caylee is dead (say, fluids in the dumpster) that prove a search is futile, would they tell Tim?

Hmmm...no...I read it. I just wanted to reassure people that no cause of death doesn't mean she cannot be convicted and get a Life w/o parole or DP sentence. It, imo, was misleading the way it was stated.

What's misleading about discussing possibilities? I disagree. Isn't it equally fair to say that your post is misleading because it assumes that the only result here is life in prison for Casey? This case isn't over. It's not airtight, not by a mile. Otherwise, why would LE have an offer of limited immunity on the table? If everything was a done deal, LE wouldn't need any cooperation at all from the defense. If LE was as confident as you, they'd ignore Team Casey. Their attitude would be "Screw you, we're trying this case, Casey. If you confess, we're willing to take the death penalty off the table. But that's it." That's how LE acts in an airtight case.

Suspected murderers escape heavy punishment every single day -- not just in cases as publicized as this one, but in ignored cases that no one's ever heard of.

Jails are full of prayer groups and ministers who come in for Bible study, etc. There's no reason for Casey to miss ANY religious counseling while in jail. Don't believe what Cindy, George and Baez tell you about jail. They are just spinning.

I agree with you, but......(and isn't there almost always one of those? *grin*)......Just an example: All Casey has to say is "She was there in the pool and then the next time I looked she was at the bottom. I panicked and then I don't remember anything but trying to call my parents over and over then I must've blacked out.
Next thing I knew I was dumping her in the ________(Pick dumping area of choice).

Even if LE badger her about her story not being the truth, there will be no way in Hades to determine any different UNLESS the body is found and there is forensic evidence on body to show strangulation, head blow, whatever. If the body is found and cause of death is Undetermined, LE will have no choice but to, as they say, take her word for it. Right?

So, no matter what Casey says happened, and with all her previous lies, we/the general public/LE/anyone who is involved, won't ever know the real truth.
The only one who will know is Casey...for the rest of her life, she'll know.
There's always sodium thiopental (known as truth serum) but last I knew it was illegal to be administered without Casey's consent.

Yes she was wearing white Caylee shirt. She is wearing prison issue in her booking photo.
