Also, for any of the legal people here, in order for somebody to be charged with witness tampering, would they have to be served to appear in court first, or could they simply be a witness that has givin testimony but not served to appear in court?

Yes, it has been reported that the original bond was revoked by the Florida agency. The Padillas wouldn't have much say if that agency pulled their bond, if I understand it correctly. It may also mean that Leonard can get his money back.

That would be great news if he could get his $$$ back!

We do not know what evidence they have that could prove that she was responsible for Caylee's death. There could be decomp or blood on items of Casey's (I am thinking shoes, in particular, which may contain the same dirt, fluids, etc. found in the trunk.)

And how is that different from blood or decomp in the car trunk? That's not cause of death evidence. And we already know Caylee is dead. It would show where Caylee was moved from, or perhaps what Casey was wearing when she moved Caylee.

Just before all the developments yesterday, a sleuther had come across a bunch of facebook messages between Casey and TonE that dated back months before he told police he met her. Does anyone know how long Clint knew him before that? Did TL move to Florida to meet Casey (there sure was a lot of correspondence on facebook alone, and perhaps police have more). Has anyone involved in this case known him for long? And why did he want out of his lease so bad?....has anyone bothered to ask him that? IMOO
Tony and Clint both admit he met Casey on Facebook long before they met in RL which was on May 24th at a party they were having for a friend. It isn't an issue.

TL and Clint, IIRC, have been friends for a long time. I would have to go back to see that interview again tho to be certain.

Tony moved there to go to school. He stated he met Casey online before then. This is pretty common for people their age to meet new people online to party with upon arriving in a new city.

What difference does it make if he wanted out of his lease? Guess I don't understand why it would matter? If I were in the middle of this mess...I would want to move to!

Does anyone know if there was still be a bond hearing this morning since her other bond was revoked? I can't find any links to a live web cam at the hearing. I thought one of the sites might have a camera there.

I got the feeling that alot of evidence doesn't have the i's dotted yet - the presser guy keeps emphasizing that the investigation is based on facts....I bet there is a mountain of subplots and players in CA's "circle of friends", and the volume is overwhelming. I hope November will be enough time to tally them up.

Oh thank you thank you thank you for a link to the bond hearing. How did you find that???

says[/I] happened, and with all her previous lies, we/the general public/LE/anyone who is involved, won't ever know the real truth.

I see what you are saying, but I am not so confident about that. I think the police may have evidence making them suspect at least one other person is involved. I think they may have a lot more than what we know related to at least one other person in this case. If she's talked to anyone about it, we could still find out more. Remember, they don't have to disclose information to us that forms part of their ongoing investigations...they may be interviewing and re-interviewing people and we don't even know about it. IMOO.

I have a question...the statement the Clint made to the police he signed Clint H. But that is not his legal name, his legal first name is Roy. Are you allowed to sign a statement to police with a nickname?

PS - what does the "ID on hold" mean in CA's charges?

Yes she was wearing white Caylee shirt. She is wearing prison issue in her booking photo.

It probably turned their stomach to see her wearing it! I know it did mine!

Yes, you are right. It would show she was only with the body after the fact. I stand corrected. (I need more coffee.)

Fresh blood spatter etc. on other things would show she was responsible.

Does anyone read any posts before they post? There are numerous links on this last few pages of this thread. I'm sorry but its not directed at you personally but we are answering the same questions over and over this morning.

Maybe we should just start a thread for question and updates and those of us that know can update.

Hmmm...no...I read it. I just wanted to reassure people that no cause of death doesn't mean she cannot be convicted and get a Life w/o parole or DP sentence. It, imo, was misleading the way it was stated.

We do not know what evidence they have that could prove that she was responsible for Caylee's death. There could be decomp or blood on items of Casey's (I am thinking shoes, in particular, which may contain the same dirt, fluids, etc. found in the trunk.)
Death Penalty? In the Logan Tucker case, which you often quote, the sentence was life without parole. I don't even believe prosecutors went for the death penalty, did they?

Good morning everyone. Is the bond hearing running late? Or did I miss it?
