What Baez said is that he would stipulate to there being probable cause for this arrest...and the hearing officer cut him off and told him that the JUDGE already found probably cause when he issued the warrant!!!

Baez got his hat handed to him!

And he looked embarassed as heck..I love it. If I were Casey I would be getting a new attorney and FAST.

I think it was a "scene" about LE tearing up his precious lawn, since the bamboo is all groomed in the back maybe he is just changing his landscaping directives.

Leonard Padilla has been missing from all the news today. No one has mentioned his name. I saw cindy and the spokesman on the Today show this morning but no Padilla. I wonder if he is packing up to go home?

for the arrest in the first place, I think he is trying to state for the record that he tried to surrender his Client and had already stip'd to PC, therefore the whole driving on the lawn arrested by 2 homicide detectives was say, a bit much.. Stating for the record, I do not think that will be the last time this house needs lawn doctor.

I really wish he'd (JB) get over it. There would have been a media circus anywhere the arrest happened. News of these kind of things does manage to get out.

just wondering if anyone caught cindy earlier last night being asked by a woman outside their home if she had spoken with casey about where caylee might be and cindy stated that casey doesn't know and went on with her remarks; however, when her attorney was speaking last night, he stated that she does know but now is not the proper time to disclose this info!
