What Baez said is that he would stipulate to there being probable cause for this arrest...and the hearing officer cut him off and told him that the JUDGE already found probably cause when he issued the warrant!!!

Baez got his hat handed to him!

I tell ya....I'm always telling people about a site I go for true crime (WS). They ask why. I tell them the site has the best, most wonderful, caring people, hands down of any site I've ever been to online no matter the subject.

The day Casey had the original bond posted JB left the sentencing court waiting for 45 minutes because he wanted to go home with Casey. So his previous child murdering client sat and the court sat waiting while he coddled Casey.

That is OK Casey one day your turn will come as well.

for the arrest in the first place, I think he is trying to state for the record that he tried to surrender his Client and had already stip'd to PC, therefore the whole driving on the lawn arrested by 2 homicide detectives was say, a bit much.. Stating for the record, I do not think that will be the last time this house needs lawn doctor.
