Casey Anthony on TikTok

The infamous alleged home-wrecker and murder suspect who was acquitted in the death of her 2-year-old daughter — one of the most hated women in America — is rebranding herself as a “legal advocate” for women and LGBTQ people.

Court Tv aired this piece earlier. She sounds ridiculous. According to Casey, her claim to be in the legal system personally since 2011 is what makes her a professional legal advocate🤣

People should ask for proof before they pay her. This fits right in with her criminal history. Fraud, deception and lies. So I guess if you are in the medical system for personal reasons that you can be a doctor and charge a fee.

I understand what you mean, but remember they could never prove how Caylee died. Was it murder, an accident where there was no fault, child abuse, was it neglect?

The state's position was it was first degree premeditated murder. But in the closing arguments they did explain that first degree murder charge can either be for premeditated murder or felony murder. Jurors didn't have to agree on which kind of first degree murder. The felony here would be aggravated child abuse. A guilty verdict for that would mean that they believed the death was a consequence of child abuse, and not necessarily premeditated.

Personally, I do think they proved first degree murder. There's no doubt that Caylee's body was in the trunk of her car, where there was also found traces of chloroform. The duct tape found on Caylee definitely came from their house. Caylee's death was at the very least due to abuse by Casey to knock her out or keep her quiet.

I just watched their closing arguments to refresh my memory, and Burdick ended her turn by playing the audio of Casey's jailhouse phone call home on the night she was arrested. I think it tells everything anybody needs to know about her guilt.

for those who may not have been members during the former inmate's trial for the murder of Caylee Anthony, here is a link to Websleuths Caylee Anthony forum.

The hours, days, weeks and months so many of us ate drank and breathed the case. I don't think I will ever get over that not guilty.

Our own members located key digital evidence in the case. I believe the prosecution did the best they could but ultimately, not knowing exactly how little Caylee died IMO is what prevented jurors from finding her mother guilty. I will always believe the mother purposefully ended her child's life. She wanted to live a beautiful life, unencumbered by the child she resented so much. And so she removed the child from her equation.

Hi. I am in Australia and have just really learned of little Caylee's case. It is utterly distressing because it seems that, yes, CA was guilty. I do not know American law but is there any way this case could ever go back to trial and find CA guilty? Is it also worth watching the 2022 documentary?

We unfortunately are dealing with a similar case in Australia - our little William Tyrrell - but we have not found him as of yet.

Once a verdict is read, the public must trust that the system worked the way it was intended.
Educate yourselves.
Stop spreading hate.
Nah, I don’t think I will.

Casey is on the same level as Emmett Till’s killers, O.J. Simpson, Mel Ignatow, Robert Earl Hayes, and Robert Blake. She deserves literally every bad thing that happens to her.

Sadly, no. Your country is one of only two I’m aware of (the other being Britain) that was smart enough to get rid of double jeopardy for violent crimes.

In my country, the Fifth Amendment uses double jeopardy to protect acquitted violent offenders. No exceptions.

If this had happened in your country, Casey Anthony would be rotting away in a jail cell by now. You’re extremely lucky.

unfortunately you only get one bite at the apple here for trying someone for a crime. So she will never be held accountable for sweet little Caylee's murder. I couldn't answer about the documentary. I was so angry when the mother was found not guilty by a jury of her peers I refused to say her name or give anything relating to her an ounce of my energy so I've never watched a show about the case. Once the trial ended I was done done. Watching the search for this little girl and then that circus of a trial was enough for me.

I’ve been in the legal field since 2011, and in this capacity I feel that it’s necessary, if I’m going to continue to operate appropriately as a legal advocate, that I start to advocate for myself and also advocate for my daughter,” she said, inviting people with problems to email her.

“My goal is to continue to help give a voice to people, to give people tools and resources that they can utilize.”
Casey Anthony joins TikTok to announce new career as ‘legal advocate’

1st BBM translation- meaning she was unsuccessfully tried for the murder of her child.
2nd BBM translation - I need money and attention
3rd BBM translation - I'm going to use my dead child to try to get that money and attention

CA's tattoo

After Caylee had gone missing and before police were notified, Casey got a tattoo of the words "Bella Vita" (Italian for "beautiful life"). Caylee had disappeared in mid-June and Casey got the tattoo on July 2, 2008, according to trial testimony. Tattoo artist Bobby Williams said that Anthony seemed to be in a good mood when she arrived at his shop, according to CBS News. She had made the appointment for the tattoo a few days ahead of time, he told the court.

The internet search for "chloroform"

Prosecutors presented a search history on the Anthony house's computer as evidence in the trial. One of the searches, according to prosecutors, was for the word "chloroform," a chemical that can temporarily incapacitate a person. A witness testified that the search for the word "chloroform" was conducted in March, months before Caylee's death. Her mother 'took the blame' for that.

Human hair found in trunk of CA’s vehicle

The discovered hair was identified as human hair but because of the absence of hair root or tissue DNA could not be extracted for precise identification. Microscopically, the unknown hair sample found in the trunk exhibited similarities to a known hair sample of Caylee Anthony but could not be confirmed with certainty.

Decomposition detected in CA's trunk

The prosecution introduced odor analysis, a technique developed by Dr. Vass, to present evidence of decomposition in the trunk. In his findings, Dr. Vass found 41 compounds that are associated with decomposition in CA’s trunk.

So many other things...
I've always felt that the forensics presented by the prosecution was not understood by the jury, so they just decided to not even consider it. JMO

I think I saw a picture of that. If I remember correctly, it was on her back, and I nearly vomited upon seeing the absurd amount of acne.
