MOO ...

I am "speculating" here ...

Is it a "possibility" that this is coming out today because Judge Perry is "supposed" to rule on the "Probation Issue" by late tomorrow, Friday?

I am wondering if CFCA's "record" with the DCF came up since JP is "supposed" to be reviewing all the records regarding the "Check Fraud Case" and and "Sentencing" because JS ordered "probation" to be served upon her release ? And once again ... as usual for CFCA ... it "slipped through the cracks" ?

I "understand" that these are all "separate" cases and charges ...

But ... I am wondering if it possible that JP has to review this ... and of course, I don't "expect" him to rule that CFCA get "probation" like every other felon in the State of Florida ... so this is a "crumb" being thrown out there to let everyone know that -- hey, we know she is a criminal ... but ... blah blah blah ?

I hope this makes sense ... because NOTHING ANY MORE regarding CFCA makes sense ...

I hope so. They are the Great White Hope in this case. They are the only ones that can and have got to some truth.

I noticed what made cindy FINALLY call LE that night. She waited to hear the words "The Nanny kidnapped her". Cindy wasn't going to make that last call till the alibi spewed from her daughter's mouth. She finally had an excuse for the decomp in the car and not seeing her grandaughter. It was her daughter's fault anymore, for now she had an alibi. Her name was Zenaida Gonzalez. It was at this time that she dialed 911..

Sort of O/T but I finally realize what happens to FCA is of no concern to me. When the verdict was read I was in shock for days/weeks......
Well in my real life, my GD's half sister was born a few days ago and they were told she has Down Syndrome.....now I know what really matters in my life and FCA isn't one of them......

I was reading New York Post yesterday(don't know if anyone already posted this),but George and Sindy are scouting for publishers for a book deal, and wanting to do an interview with Anderson Cooper's show for a mere $450.000.What nerve do these people have.Lots, huh?By the way,I'm new to this forum, but already know I enjoy it,just by looking it over!

DCF, Parole Officers, Probation Officers are all pulled from the same cloth.in the Public Sector Very few stand up and do what's right. They get paid and they go through the motions and fill out paperwork. They go their eight and hit the gate and drive home. There isn't much accountability.

I have seen them fill out paperwork and not even see the person. I had been given orders to do it also but refused and got suspended. Most will do it. They wanted me to record behavior on clients I hadn't seen...telling me it's just "paperwork". yep, and if they have to, one day, what if that paper shows up in a court of law?....NOT me.

Our Government at its finest. Sorry, Can't back up these jobs...

Prime Example: Jaycee Dugard

I feel your anger Whisperer. I can't get over this.

Reading the DCF report and knowing the Anthony's wouldn't cooperate with DCF, nor would Casey nor would Baez allowing Casey to speak with DCF, knowing what Baez has known for such a long time regarding what happened to Caylee, has just made my blood boil all over AGAIN! :furious:

Same here Patty, :therethere:

Usually "prior bad acts" are not brought up in a Capital Murder Trial as they are considered prejudicial and unrelated.

Thanks 21Merc7 - for confirming this for me. I try not to say something is "true" unless I know for sure...:seeya:

No.
I don't.

I think she may have had the thought of killing....but she functions on spur of the moment. No planning goes on in her head.

No reputable publisher wants to touch their lies.

Perhaps the media and publishing companies finally listened to the public - who largely thinks the Anthony family is a nefarious, greedy and dishonest group. I wrote to several publishers and all the cable news channels, begging them NOT to allow the Anthonys to make more blood money. I'm guessing many people did the same.

Not sure why this was released now. Seems like this just puts Casey's name out there again.
However, reading this, except for what was blocked out (?) just reminded me of the past three years and how this entire family tried to steer the investigation away from what LE already suspected.

It serves as a reminder of why I have such an abhorrence for anything Anthony.

Zenaida has my baby. :banghead:

Lance, I'm glad you mentioned the blacked out portion. I assumed it might be important if that was the case, so I read the report and think this may be a signal something is coming down the Pike here. It mentions that it was verified and reopened and that part is what's blanked out. :waitasec:

Bravo Bon! I know we will all carry the pain of this verdict and the tragic and brutal loss of Caylee in our hearts, but it is important we care for those people in our lives that we love and can nuture! :blowkiss:

But if Cindy had called the DCP or the police right away or even a few days after Casey was gone, and said my daughter who is the primary caretaker if Caylee has not been home, would the DCP do anything? Wouldn't they say the primary care is allowed to take the child to her boyfriend's and other places... that she doesn't have to sleep home every night? I mean Cindy didn't suspect Caylee was being abused, so would the DCP do anything if you tell them my daughter just won't come home with the baby but she has never abused her?

I'm late to the party but I have to climb aboard the 'WTH took them so long?' train?

Yeah, these kind of folks are just the kind that I would want to oversee a foundation for missing and exploited children, to see that Caylee's law is passed and to lobby for grandparent's rights. :innocent:

I hope this destroys any plans they have for that money making scam of a foundation.

Hey Suzihawk! Good thought! I hadn't gotten that far in any of my logic yet!

:waitasec: The DCF is "a day late and a dollar short" !

:maddening: WHY wasn't this brought out at trial ?

:waitasec: Is it "too late" to press charges ?

MOO MOO MOO ...

I remember when the DCF report (interview conducted in the A home when she was out on Bond) was released with discovery and FCA was still spewing her BS and telling DCF she worked at Universal

Here in SC we have DSS. Like child protective services in most states, ours is messed up as well. I could tell of some horror stories where DSS has witnessed child abuse and looked the other way. Unfortunately there are many problems that child protective service workers have to deal with. There are the politics, the lack of funds to do the job correctly, the lack of the appropriate number of workers based on the number of cases each worker is assigned, etc. In return, the children suffer.

In Caylee's case DCF should have been called long before Caylee went "missing", IMO. If Cindy had been serious in knowing that Casey was unable to care for Caylee instead of going to a counselor for advice, her first stop should have been to report her concerns to a DCF worker. IF that had been done then maybe, just maybe, Caylee would have been taken out of the home and protected against Casey and Cindy's power struggles.

It is odd that this report is being released now. What purpose does it serve now? DCF will not do anything about this report if Casey has another child UNLESS DCF is called about the possible abuse of the child. It isn't as if DCF will be monitoring the hospitals in case Casey gives birth again, to sweep in and take the baby away from her. DCF will do nothing. So why release this to the public? Did the media get wind of this somehow and demand that it be released due to Susnshine Laws? Lots of unanswered questions still surround not only this case but this family.
