Casey Arrested on Fraud Related Charges

Didn't Baez say that he got a fax with the leaked info about an arrest coming and he contacted someone with LE and they assured him it would not happen yet. They have been hanging on to this for 2 months I believe he said. But wham bam... they showed up unexpected right when the protest was going on. That's why he was so mad. Also, I thought it was Cindy that called him when LE arrived. You could see Cindy talking on her cell phone by the door as they were taking Casey away in cuffs. But that could have been George she was talking to, I don't know cuz I sure didn't see him there during all this mess.

Maybe they arrested her to quell that mob. With a three day weekend ahead, the situation surely would've exploded before Tuesday. Even if she makes bail tomorrow, which seems likely, the arrest released some of the pressure. That's probably not the real reason LE moved tonight, but it will be a side effect, so to speak. I don't see Casey committing suicide, but someone else might. So sad.

AGREE K2! I was so angry when Baez said that it was such a little amount...not little Mr Baez...not when you wipe out someones checking account. $700 may not mean much to him...but it sure does to someone who only hAS that amount!

What I've heard was that she's being held on a no bond hold tonight which means she has to appear before a judge. Tomorrow the judge will most likely readdress the bond issue. So the final outcome might be more severe than your normal theft issue.

I can't find where it lists the level. Does it say felony in there? I think the bail has already been assigned, it's right in that post.
