If most can't understand what you "say," lets suppose due to dissembling or some other interference with spoken verbal abilities, you could still be
average, bright normal, or superior in your general fund of word knowledge (vocabulary) where you might know & write the meaning of every word on a
vocabulary test. Perhaps only 1% of all the people in your age range in the population would know all these words, so you'd wind up in the superior
range on that function. (Schizophrenia is a disorder where folks often may be brilliant, but unable to communicate verbally so others understand. The
film, "A Beautiful Mind" is an example of this--which I'm not saying applies to KC.) Anyhow, totaling up the scores of all the different verbal skills,
one hi, one low, one average, might, when averaged together, wind up in the "average" or mid range. I know I've repeated the word "average"
for some slightly different applications, but I hope you get what I mean.

I do now get what you mean..............and thank you for taking the time to clarify for me! :)

As far as his admission of it being used to show mitigating factors that might remove the DP from the table, I believe he recently stated this on NG (and maybe even JVM) in the last week or so, and it seemed consistent with an earlier interview he did on NG in November of last year when this document was proffered to the court.
bolding mine above

I'm so relieved to report that I didn't suffer a black-out last November. I just didn't know why I'd lost memory of hearing about important mitigating factors that might remove the DP from the table. Then, it dawned on me last night that i didn't start following this case until early December. What a relief! So, again, I thank you for your post which will help fill-in my knowledge gap.

When I sometimes seem blank or questioning about issues that others on this Board know so well, please attribute it to my innocent lack of info from being way behind everyone else, but trying to catch-up.

Many moons ago i posted the subject of ForensicPsycholinguistics employed by the FBI forensic behavioral science unit. One of our posters and I have been discussing this subject again over the last two days. There is more info you can locate on this subject of word placement and the sociopath in our search area here at W/S by just typing in that title. I think people may be more open to this subject now that the case has more details. This particular sentence to me and this is not a professional account. This sentence says a few things to me. First word that hit me was the word, 'but" between the two sentences showing a change in thought. First sentence is actually saying' "Keep mind alert" (keep open mind) about "Questions" (things) that may be asked" the word "but" showing guilt before she uses the word innocense. "thats, thats, as far as it goes" meaning, " thats when I quit cooperating with you!" "I'll take this as far as I need to" meaning: "I'm gonna make you work really difficult for you to prove anything" "Which I guess is my point in all this" translates to, "Saving my 🤬🤬🤬 is the most important point of all." Hope this was easy to understand.
I guess I must be using the wrong words to search, but I couldn't find the section on FPL's, I did try multiple searches. If you could give me a tip on how to find this, I would appreciate very much ! :)

What a post! Thank you so much. That last sentence is etched in my mind and, sadly, I'm wondering about a generation of youngsters out there who are probably experiencing similar, though hopefully not as extreme, parental distraction. I look forward to any further Lenamon info.

Bold is mine.

Me too. me too. It's getting worse

They talk in circles and never get to the point.

Hoping to distract, maybe?! Make the person they are talking to forget what they were talking about? Cindy, IMO is the worst, that woman can't get half a sentence out of her mouth before moving onto something different. I bet she's the type that runs around doing 50 things at one time, can't keep up with herself. We have a neighbor like that, whenever we see her outside of her house my husband says "I can't believe she found her way out of the kitchen".
LOL

Cleaning--that's what the A's do compulsively-- according to Annie D's depo
today. Constant cleaning, everything has to be spotless, so that AD wasn't
really surprised to find KC's car loaded with cleaning supplies. That should
lead to a defense of. . .maybe, "Not Guilty By Reason of Cleaning."

So the defence will be that while in a frenzy of "cleaning and tidying" KC quite understandably tidied Caylee away into double garbage bags?

That means a new thread "Not Guilty due to Temporary cleaning frenzy"

KC is a pathological liar and will never tell the truth you have to put the evidence in her face before she will admit to anything...in her head she lives the lie but I think she is aware that it is a lie and aware that it is wrong to lie...IF she killed Caylee she knew that was wrong ..All her friends have said she was a good mother RG said Caylee was the center of her world I think she used Caylee for attention from her friends she had this beautiful smart little girl and portrayed herself as the good mother the smart one you can come to me with your problems and I will advise you .. I think she did love Caylee but all the lies overwhelmed her and were crashing in she wanted to be free and lashed out at Caylee .. the very moment she killed Caylee could she have been insane you would have to be to kill your child but she knew it was wrong because she has lied and try to cover it up ...I feel pity for KC that I had never felt before reading this thread because she is empty and feels no emotions she still wants to come across has a woman who has it all together but she has to know that the gig is up the lies are in the open now and everybody knows..IMO she deserves to be in prison the rest of her life...

I think it is going to be very interesting to watch her during the trial. She hasn't been forced to look at the gory details of the death yet---which will be brought out in court. Am wondering how much info she gets about the case. We know that she communicates with her family thru JB---probably with the laptop. Hope LE/FBI gets hold of that laptop. Just can't wait to watch her during the trial as she hears all the evidence and it jerks her brain into remembering stuff that she has been allowed to push deep within herself.

Bold mine

I have felt this coming for the last 9 years, even further back with the advent of video games. Young people are also increasingly distracted, detached and somewhat indifferent, as a result of everything techno. I see a real disconnect with humanity in general, parents included, who can be there is person, but, actually not present!

My feeling is, there are whole generations who have become "sensory deprived", from sensory overload, which produces sensory depravation.
It is running rampant, think Joran Van D., and so many others, who do not value human life, and can only feel for themselves. The more cases like these making headlines, the more I fear, how many more it will spawn.
