I actually thought the part about investigating every tip made sense coming from Cindy also. To her, the tips are just as credible as the evidence that's been leaked. Why only explore the evidence that says she's passed away? Why not also investigate 'evidence' that states she's alive. I get what she was saying. If you have one person saying she's dead and another saying they've seen her and the police are focusing on searching for a body, then why shouldn't she champion the search for a live child! Just sayin' lol

Miller said the toddler's grandmother, Cindy Anthony, was upset when he went on national television and said they were looking for Caylee's body.

Cindy called Miller and told him that her granddaughter was alive and that her daughter, Casey Anthony, gave her to a family. This upset Miller because he said if a family does indeed have the missing girl, why doesn't the Anthony family go to that family? "Why bring us in? Why call us? Ok, everybody hopes, but there is a lot of evidence to support that Caylee's gone. What evidence says she's alive- other than the unsubstantiated, nonsensicle testimony of an habitual liar and thief? Specifically. Names? Dates? Exact locations that can be verified? 9-1-1 calls? Proof that events occurred or that people existed? Credible information of any kind should be investigated, but there's really none of that coming from Team Anthony---just babysitters and families who don't seem to exist, don't really have addresses or phone numbers or neighbors or friends or lovers or doctors or families or work histories; just addresses where people don't live, jobs that people don't really work, kidnappings that don't really seem to have happened and unknown but scary, dangerous people with whom a child is considered to be safer living indefinitely than if the police were clued in and allowed to try to find the child. All leads? All evidence? Yeah, real, factual, substantiated, verifiable, with specific infomation, not smoke, mirrors, nonspecific, completely general unsupported gobbledigook.

I'm so glad to hear this great news!!! I was so angry yesterday after Cindy's antics of the day. Seeing Cindy get on national television twice yesterday spouting her mantra of "Caylee's alive, someone took her, and we get sightings every day" was just too much to take.

But the straw that broke the camel's back was when she wanted Tim to stop searching. At that point.......I was so angry with Cindy for her constant interference in the search for Caylee! Cindy doesn't want Caylee found......it's that simple.

I think LE should go ask Cindy about her new theory, take an official statement from her and then charge her with lying to authorities just like they did Casey. Cindy only wants a living Caylee found, she has no interest in having a dead Caylee found. imo it's now all about Casey with her now, she has her blinders on and could care less if her granddaughter is laying out somewhere just needing to be found. If by some miracle Caylee's body is able to be recovered, I predict Cindy will #1 blame everyone else for causing it and #2 will be cursing the people who managed to find her, she'd much rather keep believing the lies Casey is feeding her.

I guess Cindy can't go off on LE not doing their utmost to find Caylee if they are contributing to Equusearch. That's always bothered me is her moaning about how little LE has done to help. Shaddup Cindy.

Just for the sake of wondering...let's say that CA gets a murder charge. Could the prosecution bring up all these wild theorys that Cindy has been dangling before the media? I would think all that would be fair game. Someway or another I would think she'd end up with a perjury charge.

I see what you're saying but I wasn't referring to the information Cindy received from Casey. I was talking about the tips that Cindy says she gets from callers. Those calls are making it impossible for Cindy to believe the other evidence, they are just as real to her as any DNA test. Since officials have to be careful with their speech and can't really be definitive about the results (ie "Caylee MAY be dead"), Cindy can't let go. She is just as sure that Caylee is alive based on the tips she received as everyone else is that Cayless is dead based on the DNA evidence and Body Farm results.
