The million will be taxed and I figure it will be a deal between Network and JB with stipulation that FCA has to be there, with JB- so wouldn't it be understood that there would be a separate deal between JB & FCA? Rounded off after taxes 700,000 - how much is he going to give to FCA?

How nice would it be since she can she gets to sell her story after being charged with lying plus the fact she had pro bono lawyers and JB paid by the state (why i'll never know since she wasnt indigent and nonetheless HAD willing free attorneys) that she has to pay the state back for JB's state paid services if she makes money off of the case. never happen but it should. there should be a payback system. man i wish she has tp pay all costs of investigation and trial since her and her lawyer held back crucial info.
kinda like how kate gosselin took and took and had the state pay for her multiples but when she became a millionaire wasn't expected to pay anything back (nor did she help any other familes in need as a pay it forward move)
i cant stand assistance not being asked to be paid back at least in part if the party is capable.

and FGS CA should at least be FINED for perjury since that perjury will assist in her money making efforts in her book. i can see the title now "why i lied" by CA
the state is showing weakness by not charging her. it wont look like sour grapes to me. i would look like being held to the same standards of the law as other citizens. just ask middle finger of affection boy. HE GOT FINED PLUS JAIL TIME and now has a misdemeanor on his record

I wouldn't lie, I dont like that she will be rich but damn right I will watch an interview with her. After all this time, I want to see what she says..Im not paying her and I dont personally think that if I watch or dont watch doesn't make a difference, she will already have her check. I just hope she continues to get judgments against her and has to use all her profit. Jose aint working for pennies anymore..he will get his cut.

I find it not worthy to watch any of it. I surely don't want to give hits to any provocateur(lol). Disappointed enough she got off, have no desire to hear Casey's or anyone elses stories as to what happened. Too late and too contrived..When you actually look at the evidence, you understand who's guilty. Moot point. How sad for Caylee.

Not in this life she won't. I have every faith that God will handle Casey accordingly once she leaves this life. But I have absolutely no faith that Casey can be stopped in this life. It simply is unimaginable how much Casey has been able to get away with to date. At some point she should have been stopped, but apparently she's just unstoppable.

Think of Ted Bundy. Remember when he escaped from custody? I think twice. I almost gave up then. But his luck eventually ran out too.

Wow. Interesting to think that had Caylee's Law been in effect at that time, Barbara might have been in a world of trouble.

I think that was a different situation and I know a little bit about the background of that. My best friend lived in NYC and knew Barbara's daughter because their kids went to a private school together. The back story was about the adoption. Her daughter was struggling with the issue of being adopted and wanted to find her birthparents.
Barabra had a very expensive PI keeping track of her daughter, who was staying with friends. Barbara did know where she was, but she did not want the press to get ahold of the whole backstory so she said she did not know. If that makes sense.

Anyway, there is a big difference between a rich 15 yr old living in NYC who had a lot of supportive friends and relatives helping her 'runaway' for awhile, and a 2 yr old. imoo

everyone, that has their own dark cloud, that has come in contact with FCA, that has tried to help her, has or will be visited by the karma train. The most major example is CA & GA. They worked with the Defense to save their daughter from the Death Penalty. I do not believe that they expected the "not guilty" verdict and that she would get out of jail. Now she refuses to see her mother & hates her Father, I assume because of his Grand Jury testimony. It doesn't matter that he knew the abuse allegation was coming and that he still held it together to save his daughters life and didn't say on the stand "I know, we all know, she killed Caylee and the defense is making this up, JB told me he was going to make this up".
So......whomever pays for a interview will not get what they expect, will not get what they think they paid for. Whomever pays for an interview is only going to do this because they see dollar signs, for money, not because they want the truth from FCA. They will be trying to profit off the death of Caylee. And that will be the kind of Karma that comes back on them.
What is FCA going to say? If she sticks with the pool drowning story, it's good for Tim Miller, The State and & ZFG'. If she said I don't know what happened, one day she was just gone - it outs JB's theory. If she blames it on GA and/or continues with the, what I consider bogus, abuse story maybe this would provoke him to give an interview. (that I would watch) I think JB will not let her answer the hard questions, saying there are ongoing legal issues. So the interview will not be worth any amount of money the network or individual person pays.
And, for JB, the karma train is coming around the bend....
