Yes, there are maybe 20 or so KC things on Ebay that have bids. An Andy Warhol painting, some court documents, trial tickets, an envelope addressed by KC, A Caylee Superman portrait, and LOL a blue hoodie similar to the one KC was arrested in all have bids (The hoodie is up to $51:floorlaugh
But MOST items do not have bids thank God. Someone is even trying to sell her yearbook picture for $400. :loser:

I am glad to see GR mention BOYCOTT. They have not even seen boycott as of yet. I have been doing as most others have, sending emails, letters etc and will continue to do so. I also contact the advertisers of what ever station is giving any airtime to this circus. I feel the same way, my efforts may not mean much, but I feel better for doing my part.

As to this new guy and "million" $ deal...JB/CM and even TM are not entertainment attorneys. And I would bet JB's understanding of contract law is minimal. How many times do we hear, in the entertainment industry, of deals falling through, lawsuits flying, dead-in-the-water projects, etc.
Maybe the Grubman firm would suit her and they can direct her to a lawyer :deal:...She and Lizzie ought to get along just fine.

For the life of me I can't figure out what these people think they are going to learn from Anthony except more lies. Is that really worth $1-$5 million? It just blows my mind. What a waste of money!

They also said that Jose Baiz has an agent!!! Why would he need an agent??? I don't get it. Does he think he is going to be in movies or something? He's a big nothing!

For one reason or another, even Hollywood & book deals with the most innocent little lambs fall through all the time. Development deals are a great example. They can offer $5 ba-zillion, they can even draft a contract...but they are good at what they do and they will find a way, if necessary, to not pay her. We may see a lot of these come and go, doesn't mean they net her the first :twocents:

One more thought on this...these companies don't necessarily offer up their own money. They have investors. Find the investors and object to them, you have the key to make it go away.

This Thread has gotten me thinking.

No one is going to pay Casey for her 'story' after she does the first interview and basically says nothing more than we already know from the trial and transcripts. The interview would consist solely of the 'poor me' scenario mixed in with more lies. There would be nothing new. Boring, boring.

If she does say anything more she'll have to be very careful that she doesn't defame anyone like she was legally allowed to do at trial. Otherwise her 'victims' would have a good case for suing her.

As far as a TV movie goes, no one needs Casey at all. A movie can easily be made using transcripts and possibly other witnesses. All Casey would have to offer for a movie deal would be more lies which no one wants to hear anymore.

Nancy Grace has been airing the conversations ICA was having with family members. I thought I'd be interested in watching it. But I was very surprised to find myself disgusted at hearing her lies again. Watching her desperate family asking questions, begging for information, taking notes, and coddling her got me so upset that I actually turned off the program. There's nothing entertaining in watching a sociopath toy with their victims. It was like watching the suffering of a mouse while a cat toyed with it until it was dead.

Even a book by JB wouldn't be worth my time or money. He's just an extension of Casey and her lies. And again, he couldn't go into all the allegations that he was legally allowed to make in court or he'd be sued for more money than the book deal would pay him. I'd be much more interested in reading a book by one of the PT who were trying to get to the truth.

The only person that I would watch interview Casey Anthony is Nancy Grace. Nancy would ask the tough questions. Casey would lie but I'll bet Nancy could rattle her cage..lol.

Who, exactly, does he have to prove to, that he met with Casey Anthony? If he has the money as he claims, until he has an actual interview he's trying to sell, I am sure he couldn't care less if he's believed or not. He might have taken pics, but isn't releasing them till after the interview is done, as to not jeopardize the interview. Or, Casey and her team made no pictures a condition of the meeting.

Now if the man really did meet with FCA why not get a pic, a video recording or some such to verify he actually met with her? I mean cameras and recording devices are so small and unable to be detected now days that it would be easy to do. Then he could sell the first pic of her IMO. I don't think he met with her or her DT however I can see FCA asking where is the check. She probably has no clue that she will not get but a fraction of that mil after taxes, her DT's cut, IRS lien etc. Stupid people - I swear.

I'm not British but I'd wager that many Brits whom were privy to the same evidence shown at trial would presume Ms. Anthony got away with a felony or two July 5th.

Just to answer your question Kate, I'm British and I first heard about FCA when Caylee was first missing and the 31 days unreported came to light.

I always thought there was some skullduggery on the part of FCA towards Caylee's death. At one point, I thought perhaps Caylee could have accidentally died. But, then it always came back to why FCA didn't report an accident, if indeed it was an accident. The theory that the DT put forward for this is just an insult to people's intelligence, no one would sit there for 3 years and not say anything before hand.

Once I saw the discovery released, I soon changed my thoughts about a possibility of accidental death to murder. IMHO I think the verdict was an absolute farce and I just can't get my head round what the jury were thinking? OR the short time it took to reach a verdict, nor the fact that they didn't read back any evidence or statements.

FCA does not get much of a mention in the British media. I know a few people over here who know about the case, but they all think that FCA is guilty as sin. At the moment our media is concerned with the Murdochs and the news that reporters from The News Of The World hacked in to the mobile phone voice mail of a missing - then sadly murdered - girl, Milly Dowler and deleted messages. :furious: There is also another case garnering interest at the moment, it is believed that a medical professional has tampered with hospital drips and has now resulted in the tragic deaths of four people. So yes, we have our own cases and scandals going on.

As far as selling FCA over here? I hope not. I know I will be complaining to any media who pay that family anything. I will also make sure if there are any interviews on the web, there are clear links to all the discovery in the case!
