Excuse my newbie ignorance..how can they have put up bond for charges filed yesterday??

The bond is for the fraud charges from last friday

Yeah you're right. I wonder if she finally cracked after hearing about the chloroform? She is virtually screwed either way. I don't see how anybody would be able to put up the bail either. Well......if you get a dui or something you can be bailed out before having a hearing so who knows

It was reported last week, maybe Saturday, Sunday or Monday, that Macdonald's or McDonald's Bail Bond put up the bond on the new charges. Not sure why Baez didn't hear about it! We did!

Someone paid the $300 bond last Saturday just before LP revoked the $50,000 bond he paid.

This is not the end of the fraud charges... if you read, there is a check to AT&T that posted electronically after Amy's account was zeroed out... once AT&T presses charges, there will be more.

I REALLY want to see what she bought at Target other than that ugly "82" hoodie.

Until yesterday she had three charges for using one check of Amy's. So yesterday they filed the charges for another check which basically duplicated her charges. Now she has six charges instead of three regarding fraud and such.

She was supposed to be going to initial hearing or whatever today for those three new charges

Now I am not as confused..so when Baez said he did not know who paid for yesterdays charges those are not the same charges discussed here last week..

Nope, those charges were filed yesterday. Three charged were filled the Friday she was arrested and three were filled yesterday. So I'll assume they'll charge her with three different charges for each check she used
