2011.01.05 Hearing TES Volunteer Computer Subpoena

There's also a video of another kid (or it may be this kid), he said he lives in the house right in front of the remains area where the fence backs up. Was either in WESH or Fox 35, IIRC. Said there was water there until just 2-3 weeks before Dec. 11.

I think I may have it physically saved somewhere, I'll have to look.... :)

Yes ~ I remember that interview with that young guy. He and the person interviewing him were in the backyard, or to the side of the yard facing towards where Caylee was found.

He said that he lived there all of his life, and he knew what the conditions were in that wooded area, and what it was like during certain times of the year.
I think he also said that he had wanted to go over to that area and search, and maybe attempted to{?}, but that his girlfriend and mother didn't want him over in that muck and water.

When Judge Perry said the visiting judge was bailing, Cheney said no, he isn't supposed to go yet, as if he had a very specific section he wanted that man to hang around to hear. I laughed myself silly.
He had the nerve to ask another judge to sit in to peer review Judge Perry, as he is very, very excited about his plan to make one to twenty one federal lawsuits stemming from issues he disagrees with in this trial. Indeed the blaze of glory to retire on is very present in his thoughts. He makes reference to it just about every hearing in a sentence he mumbles. The judge knows it does not even warrant a response, so guess what? He doesn't give him one.
They are not pals, imo.

My guess only.
How Cheney behaves in the courtroom is very clear and intentional, it is unbridled hubris, of biblical proportions.

No worries!

In order to offend me, I have to have a regard for your opinion, and I simply do not...is the look on the very unphased Judge Perry's face. Love him!

For my friend, Muzikman. Hubris should be Cheney's middle name! That man has got some cahones as they say in South Texas. He is really gunning for Judge Perry. I hope he gets called on it on Friday!!!! No way should his egregious behavior get a pass. Baez I just write off as a goof, but Cheney disrespecting the judge really bothers me!! I guess Bill Sheaffer agrees with me, Cheney has got a big old fashioned case of hubris. I noticed you were tickled that he used that word. Thanks for all you do here!! I know YOU would have had the docs in by noon, but they cannot have you!!!!

Have you seen this little gem of his? http://wdbo.com/common/pdf/orlando/OpenLtr9-9-10mason.pdf

I remember an interview with a teenage boy who lived there in the neighborhood who was at the scene the day Caylee's remains were found. The media asked him about the site and he said it had water in it until about 3 weeks prior.

I'm pretty sure it's this boy, or a friend with him, who also explained that a while back they smelled something and reported it to LE, who sent a deputy out. The deputy found a dead animal just off the pavement and everyone assumed this was the source of the odor. When the smell lingered after the animal was removed, it was blamed on the dead animal.

This has stuck with me since the day that Caylee's remains were found and I heard that interview. If you find the video, I'm curious if the interview includes the info on the dead animal.
