There are lines like I don't know where my daughter is that I would love to hear someone do backwards.

She bought this car? With what money?

the interviewers have this kind of jaded sarcasm in their voice the whole time -they don't believe a word, a single word and so they're talking about some fake reality and they're trying to show her the ridiculousness of the situation
all she can do is be unmoved and defensive and say she's right and not lying

Casey reminds me of Scarlett O'Hara. Like tomorrow is another day. I will lie right now and when they find out I lied, I will find another lie tomorrow to tell them. This whole computer thing. I know Zenaida is on there somewhere blah blah. When she knows darn well she wasn't.

Another thing that strikes me and has since the transcripts came out is how she can remember every place that ZG lived and the correct spelling of a somewhat difficult name but can only remember that her birthday is "sometime in September."
Your friend of 4 years, who watches your daughter? And all you can remember is that she was born sometime in September?
Yeah, okay.

hey, the good news is, maybe ZG's birthday is coming up in the next week or two, and since she was such good friends with her, she'll get invited to the big birthday celebration, she can take her family and JB with her and they can hold down ZG and Sam and she can take Caylee back home.

Two things:

1. The only emotion I hear from her (so far) is when she talks about being frantic, being upset, and not wanting to go home. I think maybe that goes back to when she likely killed - intentionally or not - Caylee. She may have been talking about what actually happened in the minutes/hours after it happened. Also, when she says she just wants her daughter back, it seems genuine. She may have had regret.

2. I was just reading this thread, scrolling down with my arrow key. I didn't click on a link. A separate window opened and started playing the interview. Did anyone else have this issue?

Good God, I would have cracked on the first tape. I can't believe the nerves of steel this one has. She should get a job detonating bombs.

She lies because she is a pro - she is a career liar. She then turns into the victim at the end about being a single mom and starts being a martyr, her mother is right about her and she brought this upon herself. She is sniffing and tears and keeps talking about herself and her problems with her mom and since the detective is being nice to her toward the end she turns into a softy, but her tears absolutely stop once she has to think and answer questions about the car. She can't cry while she is thinking of details.

She will not let harm come to THAT CHILD.

After listening to these audios,... It seems to me that when she is telling the truth she is quieter. When she is telling a lie she gets louder and it just sounds different. JMO

I am very glad they released these tapes. Awesome interviews very telling. I don't see how anybody can believe her after listening to these

Okay, went back listened again. Just to make sure I had it right.
Yes, her voice goes up when she is giving the names the first time. She doesn't say "Her name is ZG." or "His name is JH."
It's more along the lines of "Her name is ZG?" and "His name is JH?"
I know that is a classic liars sign, that is how we always catch my sister when she lies. She doesn't state things as if they are fact, she seems like she is asking a question.

This statement stands out to me and bothers me. I think that right here she is talking about Caylee dying. She hid her and went to Tony's. That first sentence also; I believe that she is speaking of her flurry of phone calls.

A "neutral place"

What is a neutral place & what does that mean to her?

After hearing Casey say that Caylee was not excited to hear her voice after 5 weeks because she never gets excited over Casey, but if it were Cindy she would be excited..one would hope that Cindy would realize that if Casey had spoke with Caylee that she would have been begging to see Grandma & Grandpa..something she never says Caylee did when she supposedly spoke with Caylee

Wow~ Hearing it instead of reading it is a huge difference. Listening to Yuri and John Allen try so hard to get her to tell the truth and with her attitude/tone is unbelievable. It is like she is discussing what color to dye her hair or something. Unreal.

Good point. She never shows concern for Caylee. No concern what so ever for Caylee. I really think the GP's should have taken her away a long time ago.
