MB Wings - that gives so much insight to the type of personality. I think that's why so many of us (me included) keep trying to figure it all out, as you said, "we keep giving them chances is because we think of them as we are and NOT as they really are." I think maybe only somebody who's lived with a person like this could truly understand.

Exactly. It is chilling to live with them. I was scared for mine and my children's lives every night she was in our home. Never again!

I am sure the cops know that nothing they say or do will EVER make this evil girl break. KC will just keep fabricating lie after lie. There is no rehabilitation, nor medication to "fix" these type of people. KC will be just like Scott P. She will never admit to killing her child, even when on death row. She will always retain her innocence.

She had to have something horrible happen to her as a child. My SD was kept away from her father at age 8 so her mother could abuse her and make her have sex at age 10 with a neighbor boy. Her mother did everything to ruin my husband's little girl so he would no longer want to have anything to do with her. At age 15, after years of fighting in the courts to see her, she had gotten kicked out of the home and living in a girls home when we got her. She was already ruined at that point. All the evil things her mother did to her killed her soul and made her a sociopath. It is a sickening thing to live thru. That is why I blame Cindy too. I think she played huge mind games with KC and possibly somebody close molested her too. You don't become that way on your own.

Her counselor kept saying that she was her own worst enemy. That about sums up the sociopath.

Personally, it's starting to sound more and more like Casey IS Zenaida to me.

I thought it was too far out before - the multiple personalities thing - but now I think it's a possibility. If so the family knows it. Would explain some things, like Cindy saying Zannny's been around for a while in Casey's vocabulary.

Do multiple personality types speak about their other personalities like this - like they are real separate people - or do they even know about the other personalities?

Anyway - if The family knows of or suspects Casey's disorder and they've heard references to Zanny before - then - knowing that this person was likely part of the disorder - like a fabrication or an alternate persona for Casey - they probably freaked.

They may know that Zanny is Casey or part of her imaginary world - and they may really feel that Casey does not know what happened to Caylee while she was behaving as this other self. They may only have clues as to what may have happened. They want to believe that even though they know Casey is sick - she would never be capable of harming her daughter.
The evidence will bring them around eventually I hope.

This makes sense in a lot of ways if you think about it. Remember when she inquired about the apt. but when the guy talked to her again after that she just invited him to fusion or something like that. Same with one of her other friends, Kio maybe, who said she once talked to her on the phone and Casey asked her questions but when she spoke to her again after that in order to answer those questions - Casey said she hadn't spoken to her friend earlier at all. Like she doesn't know what she did at times. Weird.

Doesn't explain why the family would not be up front about the situation though. They owe it to Caylee to tell the truth about Casey's mental state - even if they have to face their own guilt for not taking the level of Casey's sickness seriously enough.

anyone else notice she stated she met ZG 4 years ago Christmas, and met her through JH because she babysat his kid. Because her babysitter of about a year L? was returning to school. Yet Caylee just turned 3 years old.

She also stated she called ZGs mom but doesnt know where she lives or a phone number.

She said the babysitter before Zg was L. Gibbs - does anyone know is she is fake?

So, she is practiced at arranging events for 30 people, or more?

I don't think Casey has multiple personality disorder or Disassociative Identity Disorder (Sorry about the spelling). People with this disorder usually know they have multiple personalities, but there have been cases where the person didn't know.

Personally, I think she is just a liar.

After hearing the tapes, I am more confident that they have a case against her. There are so many lies in her statements, she is really dumb and sick if she thinks anyone believes her, if she even believes herself, (which I guess she does.)

I think they are letting her think she's got them but I think the end is near for little miss go-go boots.

It's kind of funny how all of these people changed phone numbers when they moved, funny that most people I know keep their old numbers if they move AND if they even switch carriers now. If this case wasn't so sad, Casey would really be a joke.

Yes Jade. I have noticed Just that with my SD. They seem to be energizer bunnies when it comes to playing out their lies. They seem unhuman in all aspects of relationships and so on. The reason we keep giving them chances is because we think of them as we are and NOT as they really are. It takes a long time to be able to separate them from our expectations of having human emotions. They are NOT like us in any aspect. Their emotions are all forced as you will and not actual. So they can go on tirelessly as if they are made of steel. Even when they face multiple charges, as does my SD too, they just seem to not care. They just aren't capable of caring or worrying about the consequences of their actions.

Sounds just like Casey on the tapes. I think it was said that one interview was 4 in the morning.

Capable of throwing away things of great importance to satisfy short-term needs is a trait I read at one point and I just can’t get that out of my mind.

While Cindy was keeping her fed and watered she had a veneer of normal but once things started to unravel she unflinchingly threw away Caylee, her friend [Amy] and family.

Listening to those tapes really has me wondering if she deliberately killed Caylee. She seemed to have dreamt up those answers some time before, and when you think about how she started talking about Zanny before Caylee disappeared....I can't help but wonder.

This is my first post, so please be kind. I have been a lurker for quite some time, and this case just leaves me shaking my head. After listening to the tapes I have realized that this woman is good....how can she keep it together while being blatantly confronted with the fact that she is a liar? Her unwavering tone and capability to hold up under that kind of pressure, leads me to believe that she will never, ever talk. She sounded almost cocky in a way. Just wish we could see her face while they were interrogating her! My daughter will be 3 next month and I find myself hugging her extra hard every day.
