Casey was last seen leaving her home in Tiburon, California at 5:00 am on January 29, 2008. Video surveillance cameras at the Golden Gate Bridge show her parking her car, walking onto the bridge, smoking a cigarette, climbing over the rail, and jumping. She left a note at home saying "The Saab is parked at the Golden Gate Bridge. I'm sorry." Her body has never been found.
