Casey Refusing Visitors

I believe I read somewhere that Tony has not spoken to her since she was arrested. I would guess that is true or otherwise we would have seen the phone call released to the media. I assume he is distancing himself from her and everything related to her. I wonder how Casey is taking that? Not well I am sure...since she was so adamant about getting his phone number so she could call him! Poor guy - I bet he wishes he had never crossed paths with her.

WFTV says they finally talked to TonE a little bit yesterday, he said he has not talked to her since she was arrested.

I'm SURE that really bothers her. I wonder if she tried to call him and he didn't answer?

I also wonder why the media hasn't gotten her visit with George last weekend. The one where he was going to ask her "the tough questions."

She is trying to manipulate them by making them feel badly. How sad is this. I hope they don't let it get to them.

I agree. She is pouting and trying to make them feel bad. If I were them, I would treat her just like a child throwing a tantrum. Ignore her. I wouldn't go visit for a while. You can't by in to a tantrum or she wins. It's not like they are getting any info from the visits anyway.

I don't think so, or else all her family conversations would have been done that way.

She limited her visitors to only family after friends wanted to visit.

She refused a visit with her brother!
She missed meeting with her parents a few times . . .

I think she realizes her supportive family is wanting answers not lies about Caylee

Right now Casey only cares about her number one priority: Herself.
Not her daughter and not her parents.

She saw her parents up to the moment they played well with her abduction scenario. She doesn't have time or energy to loose now answering their pressing questions to help them find Caylee. She would not go to the meetings and be recorded indifferent about her daughter and she would not go to the meetings and have her brother or other family member to ask for clarifications of all the things she claimed and all the lies she told them and the police. And since the parents are not selling everything they have to find half a million to bail her out what about throwing a little tantrum as well and refuse to see them?

IANAL but I believe that if you have a third party to the conversation, you have waived privilege. (Unless the third party is another lawyer working for you, a paralegal hired by your attorney, etc.)

On Geraldo, Phil Keating says that George & Cindy now have a visit scheduled for tomorrow night (Sunday) at 9 PM.

And Lee has one scheduled for Monday now.

does anyone have a link to the most recent conversation between George and Casey? I keep hearing about how she broke down with her dad. BUT, the media is not playing it.

Ok.. Just had a thought.. I heard somewhere that Cindy went to visit Casey at the Jail and then decided to cancel her visit and leave. Do you guys think that Casey might have refused to visit with Cindy just like he refused her brother Lee's visit?? What do you guys think???

That is the visit I am speaking of... but do you think that Cindy made that up because she didn't want to say that Casey had refused the visit? Wasn't it shortly after that cancelled visit that the Grandparents started saying that Caylee is now in danger?

Yes, but that's because that was the "story" that the family and Jose were spreading. I think it is the only kind of story they could make up that would make any sense out of her lying all the time!

But you could be right. I thought that the reason she turned her brother away was probably that she has seen some of the news reports lately where they talk about the family cooperating with LE. They talked about her mom calling CSI back out to the house, etc. If she saw any of that I am sure it appears to her that they are not on her side. I am sure that hacked her off.

I am not sure when the next visit is scheduled. I thought he wasn't supposed to see her until Monday. One of the posts above saw George & Cindy are scheduled to see her tonight at 9:00 pm. I guess we will have to tune in and see. I am sure the news will cover it either way!
