Any employment that KC obtains......will require that her employer complete a New Hire Reporting form. That submission will trigger any garnishments or liens against her.

Assuming...that her employer follows the law.

What is the reciticism rate for parolee's? Anyone know? I remember FCA's ck fraud appearance before a judge and it was a sea of orange inmates before and behind her. IIRC, most were there because of parole violations.

That is so true. And I am really believing now that God works in mysterious ways. In some ways, the acquittal has turned out to be the worst nightmare possible for Casey and her DT. It's even bad for her parents. I can't believe I'm saying that, but it's proving to be so true!

Casey need to find a job on her own two feet. She shouldn't have one served to her on a silver platter :banghead: She needs to learn life skills. Not making her work for a living is teaching her nothing !!!

BBM - That is what I suspect will happen. Since JB has stated that her only friends are with the DT, and they are SOOOOO afraid for her safety (Gag), they will give her some little token job that she rarely has to show up for. I don't think that would be fair though. I think she should have to get a regular job like anybody else.

Hmmm -- next we will hear she is going to get a university education on the state of Florida's tab, but then on the other hand, she doesn't like work, so perhaps not.

The way KC is so pampered reminds me of the infamous KH case and her sweet deal in Canada -- the difference being, she did serve 12 years in a federal prison for her crimes, but during that time either got her BA or MA --not too sure which degree.

I wish I could block the name CMA (KC) on the tv.

The thought just hit me---FCA could work for the new scam foundation. I'll bet she is living with CA/GA right now. I don't think she has any programming skills but she can set up a facebook account and answer the phones.

Can you imagine the outrage if this happens? If anyone knows how to track this kind of stuff, specifically Casey being added to the board which would give her part of the donation funds, please let know.

Lots of people send cash so if FCA got to the cash donations first, she would just pocket them.

I have no idea why but Dr. Phill has a very large audience. Apparently some people hang on to his every word and follow whatever he says (google Dr. Phill + lawsuit). If he blesses this charity on his show, the As will get a lot of money.

Are they registered with the IRS? That only means they are supposed to file expenses once a year. And then of those that file a small percentage is audited. And they are allowed to draw saleries, sooo....it's hard to prove any wrongdoing. Alot of expenses are deemed allowable but are actually legal, ei; car leases, home mortgage payments in liue of office spaces in homes, etc.

Basically this is a legal money makiing business for the Anthonys. Do not donate!

So let me get this straight ... After years of Caylee waiting for justice ... After months of motions and preparation for trial ... After weeks of trial testimony and evidence ... After hours of closing statements ... The Jury went into deliberations and chose to ignore ALL of that ... Took a quick straw poll ... Chit chatted a few minutes to get everyone on board and ... Took the easy way out and home?

Sounds about right. Responsible Jury service? DP versus LIFE versus Probation. Not!

This absolutely scares me to death about future trials!
No one asked for evidence?
They never debated ?
Didn't take this case seriously?
Lazy? No common sense? Attitude?
Did they sleep through all of this?
Did they think this was just a game?
They never listened to the experts?
They never saw the evidence in courtroom?
Do they think SAR Dogs are dumb?
Are future juries going to do the same?
I'm very afraid now that someone will make this a precident law ruling
in another killer or appeal for some killer in prison.
WHAT WERE THEY THINKING???
IMO, may CAYLEE's smiling face haunt them forever.

If FCA has a male probation officer, I hope he treats her as he would anyone else regardless of her proclivity to flirt and primp. She needs to be held responsible for the first time in her life. She has had enough coddling from her family and the DT.

I have a relative that is a probation officer and the rules are strict and for everyone I do believe it is the same. I don't know about FLA.
Here it is strict on drinking, drugs, working, checking in, no guns etc.
You have to have permission to leave the county etc.

The Department of Corrections told Kealing that Anthony will have to disclose any income she gets on a monthly report.

( b/c disclosing the $$$'s she earns at her JOB is going to affect a number of things---her indigent status---whether or not she can pay back the state---and at what rate (if LDB "wins" on thursday..)

..the IRS can garnish her new "worked dilligently for" wages and begin that 'we want our money now too' process...

..she won't be able to use the "sorry, i'm broke" excuse on zenaida and TES if they win a judgement against her...

..whether she brings in a 'little' or a 'lot' of $$$'s at her new found JOB, the people that she owes money to-- can start chipping away at it..

Yup pretty crazy no? But she got the check fraud time because the likes of the Pinellas 12 had nothing to do with her conviction. A Judge made a ruling on how to deal with her guilty pleas. Casey had no choice in the matter and there weren't 12 misguided people sitting on the bench deciding how this would go down.

I love it that Judge S is the one who FINALLY will make Casey Anthony pay for a wrong doing, even if it is only minor.

And that is the ULTIMATE irony!!!! I just LOVE IT!!!! Hello Karma, let me give you a hug! Strickland gets the last laugh. Oh God is good!
