Casey's appeal on the 4 charges of lying to police

This monster does not deserve any breaks.

And I hope the next person who see her out and about in public makes her presence known and not in a good way.

How stressful do you think all of this is on the felon?

Because if it was me, as a normal person, I think you'd have to put me in a padded room by this stage for the gut-churning stress. The money troubles, the stress of trial preparations, the stress of waiting for the other shoe to drop- if anyone else is going to pop up out of the woodwork to sue, etc etc. If it was me, I would have lost half my body weight by now, gotten a permanent twitch, and would be putting vodka into my cornflakes trying to cope with the panic, dread and unending aggrevation.

Do you think any of this stuff bothers her- for real? Or has she learned that even when it comes to murder, you can still figure out a way to get off scot-free and escape any consequences, so it doesn't register with her as something worthy of concern? (Like, she has cleared the biggest hurdle, so everything else is small beans now?)

I'd really like to know everyone's opinion on this.

I don't think we should ever think she has any kind of emotions like a so called normal person. As other posters have said - she got a get out of jail free card after murdering Caylee - she believes she is special and this will be a cake walk as usual. It seems there are always suckers around to help her get out of her crimes.

One more detail on #CaseyAnthony hearing tomorrow: Appeal panel doesn't rule from the bench, some decisions take months. Hard to estimate.

The #CaseyAnthony appeal is being heard on the same day Jeff Ashton, who prosecuted her, starts his new job: Orange-Osceola State Attorney.

All I know is, is that if I was Casey, I would just ask security (or whoever) to take me to a private jet, fly me far, far away from this country, & never set my foot in the U.S. again. Her life in the U.S. is already screwed up as it is now.

then she would miss all of the coverage of herself. How else would she consider herself relevant?

Do you think she gets the chills when she sees Ashton, or do you think she has convinced herself that he is in love with her?

You can bet she is watching this.

Can you think of a country that would want her? :waitasec:

Ohhh this Appeals Judge is just nailing Ms. Fryer!!:great:

  • #152
Just got my text alert, kinda freaked me out cause it says
Attorneys for CA appeal her convictions for lying.

Crap I thought it was telling me they won it!!!!!!!!!!! LOL

Fryer is stuttering and stammering all over the place. No way in hello should this team have been able to get her off in the first place. Did CM resign as CMA's attorney of record or just not arguing today. I saw him earlier but had to leave and come back. And is anyone arguing for the State?

I dont know-Azlaw-this seems really really weak.

  • #155
I thought it was supposed to be a 3 judge panel. Is this the only judge?

It's the same crap CM spewed trying to get evidence suppressed from the trial. I'm surprised he's not arguing since he is the one who filed and argued this same point in pretrial hearings. "Ill gotten confession"?? ROFL

  • #157
Fryer is not a very confident speaker.

  • #158
How embarrassing for ms fryer. What a ridiculous argument.

No, there are three here. One judge asks the majority of the questions, the second piped in.
