Yeah, I'm with ya on that one. I can't see ICA being comfortable calling a BF "daddy" had she been molested by her father.

I don't know about that.if "daddy" indeed was her first and as messed up as KC is in her head I can see her relating sex with her dad.It actually makes sense because sex to Casey is a way to feel "pretty".It's definitely not about an emotional connection.
That makes me think of all the "gorgeous" "princess" and "watch your weight" comments we heard GA use over the years.
