Casey's Psych Evals unsealed

Okay, I hope everyone does realize this was all planned before she talked with these docs, and was done so to get her out of the death penalty. IIRC, defense refused to have the State eval her for the murder charge, and refused to have anything that was cleverly crafted on their end (which you are reading now) challenged. Er go, plan to save her life by telling her to make up a horrible existence for some "mercy".

And, to further point out the obvious, abuse does not just end at any age, much less age 11. Geesh!

BBM. Her description was just nonsense. How convenient that her brother started abusing her when she was the same age when her dad stopped abusing her. She has no concept whatsover of what abuse really is. It doesn't just start and stop the way she describes it, and it would escalate, not just be bewbie touching for three years. What a slap to the face to people that really have been sexually abused. And the freaking doctor BELIEVED all of it. He should get his license yanked. Seriously.

I'm still reading the first doc but what's difficult is that the Weitz doesn't say anything concretely...he kind of dances around things and tries to confuse them by making a statement and then saying "You know..." and contradicts it. I would think he would be making clear, concise, concrete statements and differentiate what FCA said in her own words and what he inferred as part of his evaluation. Frustrating!

Jeebus, he fits right in with how the DT and Casey and her family talks. My God, that man can't give a direct answer to save his life. Most of that depo was him running in circles, saying mostly nothing.

Sorry to keep jumping in with random stuff. I just read that Casey says her mother found emails from women to George from a dating site - and that George told Cindy that Casey must have set him up on a dating site because he didn't do it.

Now I'm wondering - since she was always telling people her parents were divorcing, her dad was moving out, etc. if she DID do that and then show Cindy so she could fuel their already fractured relationship and have Cindy kick George out. George was the only one to check up on Casey so of course she was always wanting him out of the picture.

But it says he was in a patrol car at the time, so it would have been a work related accident. Wish I knew how to check newspaper articles from that time. If a police cruiser was involved in an accident that resulted in a death, it would have been all over the news.

IIRC - George went into explanation on one of the taped LE interviews...about his whole history of leaving the police force, moving to Ohio, etc. This story as told to the Good Doctor was just another Casey Fabrication. Told to garner sympathy (as usual) so that her lies could slip by more easily. She is a master at that. Hence, the telling Jesse G and Tony L that she was molested....makes them more sympathetic to her BS.

OH WAIT... I am supposed to be on the "Casey is Innocent and George did the dirty deed" bandwagon.

Oh nooooooooo. They withdrew these two "expert" doctors (and I use that term loosely).....before the prosecution could request that Narcissa be examined by their own doctors.

I find it interesting that when interviewing Cindy to confirm facts it was confirmed that FCA graduated high school "on time". Yeah, right. More lies.

Also, I did not know that she was stealing all the way back to high school. She stole her brother's checks. And I assume, used them.

I feel like Jeff Ashton here just giggling away (not at you - at the depo). The psychiatrist is just telling us what the felon said. We know she's a liar, so everything in the depo is a LIE. Right down to George having sex with her, how she got pregnant, and how Caylee was drowned after she thought George molested her. Because she told the psychiatrist it doesn't make it true, not even 1/2 true. If your daddy killed your daughter would you go on a 30 day party/sex/thieving binge with your boyfriend? I know I wouldn't. I'd be on the phone to 911 stat!

The only thing I think are truths is the psychiatrist looked at her school records and her photographs. But what can be gleened from that? Does it tell him that she truthful? No.

Oh how I wish the prosecution had the opportunity to have one of their shrinks evaluate her.

I've pretty much tossed this depo aside as garbage. It's all carp.

I'm thinking FCA has been watching her dear attorney enjoying the limelight while she sits in hiding - not collecting the millions she was banking on. We all know how she gets when things don't go her way...

Against my better judgment I am participating now.

I am looking at the first pdf and all I see is a deposition, no actual eval. Are the evals attached? Were these 2 docs hired by the defense? I was hoping for the initial eval when Judge Strickland had the State evaluate her. I also would like to see actual evals, not depositions of what KC made up to tell some hired guns. jmo as usual

That's what I asked...are we going to get to see the evals?

No. The defense pulled both psychologists from its witness list after the prosecution successfully argued to have its own expert examine Casey as well.

You see, the prosecution would work hard to get the truth out of the felon...unlike this defense psychiatrist.

It's pretty telling isn't it.

Sleeves rolled up, I have had some worries about condemning this girl, this is what will decide which side of the fence I fall on. I am champing at the bit to see these evaluations and will send a copy to a good, respected colleague of mine for an opinion.
Please don't get me wrong, I hate what this b%t%h has done, I just want to believe that it MUST be a psychatric disturbance that caused this terrible behaviour

aside from that, I dont think we'll ever see the actual evals...but if you could pass the depo's on to your colleague I would be very interested in that s/he had to say.

Bottom line. Psychologists are mandatory reporters. Did either psychologist make a report for investigation of the child sexual abuse of KC?

I was just thinking -- if the felon didn't fire JB she's going to now. From what I've read the Orlando Sentinel filed the motion to unseal these depos on 12/21, and they were released today - without a hearing! Which is pretty much unheard of based on past motions!

She's gotta be throwing some serious fistie bumps about now!!!

Unknown, but unlikely IMHO - I would assume protected under HIPPA

Then we can read and discuss at the same time! Unless you're on the West Coast cuz I'm not waiting til 8!
