So refresh my memory...why weren't these doctors witnesses for the defense? Wasn't there some discrepency between the stories? Truly, I can't remember. Also, was one of the docs on NG (or some other TH program) after the verdict? Why do I remember his assessment not being particularly flattering?

Because JB wanted to put these doctors on the stand to basically testify what Casey said to them....without putting Casey on the stand. Judge ruled that was a "not gonna happen in my lifetime" ... And without letting the prosecution examine Casey by their own doctors. Because they knew she could never stand up to questioning by anybody OTHER than the defense lackeys.
So they said "nevermind" and withdrew these doctors from their witness list.

Oh boy, a discovery violation came up in the depo. Apparently Danziger said that he saw a high school diploma in what the defense gave him, and Judge Perry had to be called.

The thing that made me go what, though, is that Ashton at one point called Mason "Mr. Cheney," and Mason responds, "He changed my name." Oh my GOD how schoolyard, Mason! Cheney is your first name! Ashton didn't change anything! I can't, no I can believe that he focused, during a conversation about a discovery violation, on Ashton not calling him by his last name. Good Lord this defense is the pettiest defense I have ever seen!

Dr. Weitz' deposition, page 171, Weitz is describing Casey describing George holding Caylee after "the incident", Casey's description of it all right down to George's wet shirt only, Caylee's t-shirt and shorts that are too small and a year old, and Burdick goes, "Did she notice the dead part, in addition?"

I mean, that's not funny, but that's funny.

I bet LDB was praying OCA would get on the stand to testify so she could cross examine her...

I think the tables should be turned on all of the grifters. They played the entire world. Now I think somebody should answer. What better way than to try to hold the "real" killer accountable? It could get very interesting. You would see a blood bath.

I sure wish the media would get on it. Time for the parents to face the music. If it was easy enough to perjure themselves surely they can explain this.

Oh how even more convenient. The abuse from George stopped at eleven (according to Danziger's depo, in Weitz's it was twelve), but sporadically came back when she was 18. I guess that was to account for Caylee. Too bad DNA testing ruled that out, huh Casey?

It's too bad he didn't end up testifying. The most brilliant cross of an expert I've ever seen was Prosecutor Jambois with a defense psychologist in the Julie Jensen murder.

The good Doctor/;.' made all kinds of statements as "fact" about the victim's mental state based on his review "of materials". The cross was brilliant because Mr. Jambois brought out all of the facts that the Dr. didn't consider. By the end, the Dr. was reversing every opinion he had.

I think this is what would have happened with this dude on the stand. Not that it would have mattered to the Pinellas 12. I just love to see these "Doctors for Hire" reduced to what they truly are... opinions for hire. Truth and facts be damned.

Oh, I remember that well. Jambois made mincemeat of the guy I called Dr. Doom at the time. He was a suicidologist and only spoke with Mark's family and other defense peeps. That was one of my favorite cross examinations of ll time!!

I'm sure Linda would have done the same to Weiss.

OCA was in the court room when JB 'performed' his opening statement, yet OCA says GA came to her room with a dead Caylee in his arms? She discribes what Caylee is wearing and yes never says anything about a dripping wet, limp dead Caylee just that GA was wet from the waist up?

I haven't been able to open the pdf's so far so I haven't been able to read for myself butttt OCA say something like GA stopped molesting her when she was 11? Yet again during the open statement by JB he talks about OCA skipping off to school at 13 to play with her friends just after...well you know.

Please tell me I'm suffering from PTSD instead of being just plain crazy.

KC was keeping her options open depending on if that story had legs. If not she had her other version of the party and date rape.

KC always has some level of confusion to her lies so she can switch as necessary to another track, another story.

I remember her doing that at the Universal Studios LE interview, her stories were disjointed and she kept jumping around to confuse. I was surprised that LE did not call her on it and try to focus on each one.

The A's all jump around to confuse and distract ... it is classic A tactics. It is frustrating if you allow the perp to do that. The dance?

It will never happen because the DA office has integrity. They have to have a basis of fact to charge GA. Casey was found guilty of lying, therefore any investigation or charges fall flat immediately.

Same reason why the doctors wouldn't file abuse charges based on the ramblings of a psychopathic liar. It's clear Dr. D didn't believe her. The fact the other one defended his position in the media was probably just so he wasn't admitting publicly he was a hired hack. Or else he was advertising that he is for hire...

Because the State wanted their own expert to evaluate OCA...once they stated that the DT promptly yanked these 2 Dr's off their witness list

Saw on Geraldo being asked about the date rape thing on Studio B (Fox) and he said that makes sense since we could never figure out who the father was...

WHAT????? It makes more sense that she just slept around and doesn't really know and that she just lies about things like the date rape, so that she doesn't have to accept responsibility. It's the reoccuring theme and I can't figure out why supposedly intelligent people can't grasp that about her. Is it boob vision?

She wasn't worried. She was just lying about the sexual abuse. Apparently she didn't realize that DNA would blow that lie apart, or she didn't care. And she says in Danziger's depo that he abused her again sporadically at age 18. How convenient for Caylee's conception.
