Casey's Psych Evals unsealed

Will we ever able to see/read the actual Dr. evaluations? As to those who commented on my post (614) thank you very much. My latest inspiration is Jaycee Dugard. I wasn't kidnapped (although I feel as though my childhood was) but the things she endured and still does is very similar. I've been more of a lurker here for the past few years, not savvy enough to work all the functions and everyone here usually says what I'm thinking. I wish that I'd been able to read all of your collective opinions and thoughts long long ago. It makes me so very happy to see how many people there are out in the world that aren't duped/fooled by liars and master manipulators such as Casey and Baez and that there really are true champions working to stop the victimization and crimes committed against innocents. If only we could do something about the wrongs of the legal system that seems to work more for the criminals than the victims. Please pardon me for perhaps posting this in the wrong forum.

I agree. And it bleeds down through everything. I love it here at WS. I think it is a class act . I post on some blogs re political and current events and WHOA IS ME there is some nasty attacking going on in an unmoderated type forum. But sometimes it seems we are handcuffed in putting forth out beliefs in this case. We have to tamper our responses - those of us who are passionate about how we feel about FCA, etc. - to the posters who DO NOT have to tamper their posts in support of her.

I want to edit this to add that nothing has been done to me by moderators...and I am not pointing at any particular posters. This post is born out of my own "frushtration" in that if I EVER were to post my raw feelings here...I would be banned for life. And I would be very unhappy with that!

Heaven knows, I have no expertise here, but it would seem unlikely that we would ever see the evals - protected under HIPPA etc., I would imagine. And were they ever even filed with the court since both of these experts were not called by the D Team?

What gets me is how her family could possibly still consider her their daughter if in fact the stories she told are false, I think I would have to publicly disown any child of mine that told such monstrous falsehoods about my family.

And if I were LA I would disown my parents if they allowed such falsehoods to be told about me and still stand behind the person that told them.

I know the family lawyer issued a statement saying those stories were false but that would not be enough for me if I was either GA or LA.

Did Lippman speak for Lee as well...I only remember the statements made were refuting the sexual molestation accusation made against George

I'm at the beginning of the direct examination. On the trauma inventory she showed almost no emotion to all these supposed traumatic events..lower that someone who wasn't traumatized. Instead of concluding she was lying or a sociopath he concludes she's in denial and suprressing. GMAB

Maybe the conclusion should have been she was HAPPY

Just into the first few pages of Dazinger's depo and already shaking my head over the fact that Casey doesn't want to accept ANY responsibility. Everything, I mean, EVERYTHING, that happened was somebody elses fault...

One of the neighbors said the same thing...looking for the link to post it but it was soo early on I am having difficulty finding it...other than the postings of other people.

A neighbor said he saw Casey allow the family dog to poop on his lawn and not clean it up.
He confronted her about it and she said the dog wasn't hers... yet she was holding the leash and the neighbor knew it was the Anthony's dog.

I think it takes something, I don't know if you want to call it skill, an illness, whatever, to concoct elaborate lies to the point of incredible detail and then to not only believe in those lies, but then because you are living a lie, to start creating lies based off other lies.

She certainly is 'different' in that regard. Whether that's an illness or not, I'm not a doctor. :crazy:

I have a family member very much like Casey. She is elderly now but has been doing the same thing for decades.

She lies and lies and makes up stories and lies some more......
It doesn't work on us because we confront her...but she will turn it around and blame someone else ..never apologizes and never takes responsibility for her words or actions...always blaming someone else...always.

Cindy overlooked all of the above

The nanny did it, and it was a kidnapping...wait for it...now the nanny is a figment of her imagination, an imaginary friend?

Roy Kronk did it, because he's a pervert

George did it, deliberately drowned her, because he's a pervert

George was driving her car when it hit the squirrel

Cindy performed the search for chloroform

Poor Casey... according her she's not responsible or guilty of anything, it's everybody else who is around her that's at fault.

IMO she wasn't calling for help for G or C. She was afraid for herself.

I really wish Jose hadn't stopped the depo. I would have loved to read what the Anthony's had to say happened that day.

I do not recall Lee refuting FCA's accusations ... :waitasec: ya would think he would ... a "normal" person would be "screaming from the rooftops" if it was a lie ... but Nothing ... Nada ... Zip from LA that I recall ...

All I remember was Lippman saying he was no longer rep. Lee? Did he have a lawyer after that?

As far as seeing actual evals, we may get lucky. HIPPA does not apply in murder cases, and State level murder cases are public access. Not that I think there is anything worth reading in the actual eval from Judge S, or any evals from these 2 doctors. I could be wrong, and CM may push to keep those sealed, but if media pushes hard enough it is possible. At least it is here, in a very conservative state.

You are so right. It is done daily. The difference here is that the sun, the moon and the stars came together or produce 12 people of the same ilk who were incapable of seeing through the BS.

I don't think they were incapable of seeing through it, I think you were right on the bolded part.
