Why would she lie about working? There has got to be angle here to explore. Why would she be so insistent to everyone that she had a job? I doubt she was afraid Tony would tell her mother. Was this a cover for something and if so, what? Prostitution, drugs? Why work "out of the apartment"? She obviously wasn't going anywhere to be up to any shenanigans, so why lie?

I'm thinking prostitution. Some of those girls in the photobucket pages look like the girls on many sites who try to look like they are really young - pigtails and such. What if she was doing or was a prostitue or both and she crossed her "pimp" - I don't think they take too kindly to that. I'm thinking selling drugs is not something that needs to really be kept a secret from everyone you know - some friends would tolerate that and would probably be clients. On the other hand - a prostitute wouldn't want many people knowing that and her clients might likely be strangers? Still unless they are married they may have come forward by now?

S you know what bothers me about this. Did Casey ever go inside? Or did she always drop Caylee off on the curb? The unit had been vacant for 5 mths so either she lied or the mgr of the property did, in order for this to fit tight, heck even loose. If there was a Zani it could have been identity stolen, excuse me borrowed,,, any way it still goes back to what bugs me about her explanation. :waitasec:

If she just 'dropped' Caylee off to a vacant apartment, did the child simply wander around every night while Mommy partied?

I do wonder however if Casey (knowing the apartment was vacant) drugged Caylee and left her in that empty place sometimes...?

Has anyone considered the remote possibility that perhaps there is a death involved in this, but it isn't Caylee?

Maybe Casey fell into something awful that went down between her club friends, that involved the death of a clubgoer. Someone demands Casey and her boyfriend dump the body and they take Caylee as insurance, saying they won't release her until the body is dumped? Maybe that is why Casey is seeking immunity?

I know this is far-fetched, just throwing it out there.

Cheko - I so agree with this. Gma's spouting of everything Casey tells her is heartbreaking in my opinion. Gma, Gpa and Lee know something is seriously wrong and they know Casey is lying. Lee so far, is the only to speak up to Casey. I understand Gma's position, she is trying to stay on Casey's good side so Casey will talk, but the bottom line is, they need to hold Casey accountable. They should not be trying to raise her bail. They should not be re-telling her lies to the media and the public. They should be drawing the line with Casey. Talk, tell everything that has happened, everyone you talked to, everyone you saw up to the day the police became involved. Start talking. AND yes, we DO NOT BELIEVE YOU! How can we? We smelled dead body in the car, Caylee is missing, you claim Zannie the babysitter has her, but for all we know Zannie is short for some drug all the clubbers use. Casey - you need to talk! We are paying for an attorney to defend you, but you know what, we are going to pull the plug on him too, if you don't start telling us something that is believable.

No more spinning....... Casey you need to talk.

I do not the believe the public will contribute to a defense fund if they believe Casey did something to that baby. And right now, there is nothing else to believe. There is nothing to indicate she got mixed up in something over her head or illegal. Only her "clubbing" behavior. Not enough in my opinion.

I agree..GMA and GPA love Caylee.. Cindy's calling LE as referenced by the very first call tells us she is trying to call Casey's bluff by calling LE about the CC, car, etc..she mainly is trying to get out of Casey where her grandaughter is now and where she was this whole time Casey was away from the house.

They did tell the LE that came to the house about the car and the smell..GPA even gave them the pizza bag they removed from the car. I am hoping it also contained some old sushi and chinese food..that smells to high heavens just overnight.

I am thinking that this is either neglect on Casey's part and Caylee is dead. Or Caylee has been taken by people she owes money to big time.
Or a combo of both. But we shall see very soon I think because if the FBI is the lab that is doing the DNA etc..they get results very quick..infact I would think they would have them by now.

If Casey had been dropping her off every day she "worked" at the job she didn't have someone would have come forward and said they saw her everyday at 9am or something. Hasn't happened. Casey attempted to make up a pattern starting on June 16th that is all based on lies. Therefore there is nothing before that date.

When a police report is filed for theft, LE has an obligation to investigate it. Amy has stated that Casey DID steal money and checks from her. The bank has replaced Amy's money. There is a legal and a criminal consequence here.

i agree with you. but with credit card fraud, for example, the company itself makes an independent determination about who is wrong/right. it is still fraud, but not criminal fraud at this point. once they either return the funds or rule against you, the company advises you on your options. if an individual then decides to press charges in court, it is an entirely different matter. so i dont know how far along amy went with this. and i dont know if it is the same in every state.

i could obviously be wrong. but the only reason i know anything about this at least, is because my dad's house was broken into last week. they ran up his credit cards and stole blank checks. he has been dealing with the bank ever since...

I know, I considered this, too. But it seems like someone might have reported that person missing...also, I want to know the results of the hair in the trunk- if they are from a deceased, or live person. I think they said there is a test to tell that?

Well, I think that Cindy could very well be charged with impeding an investigation if LE wanted to. I do not think that they will, tho.

Someone must have told Cindy to keep her mouth shut about these tips that only she keeps getting on her personal phone! Notice that she hasn't come out with that nonsense yesterday or today.

Everybody in this whole ordeal pizzes me off. It is a game with Cindy and Casey.

Cindy and GPA KNEW very well what that smell was in the trunk. They just did not know about the scent in the backyard that the dogs would pick up.

It is way past time for all involved in this tragic event to stop playing games and tell the truth. I honestly do not believe that Caylee is alive. It is a shame that the very one who could let Caylee be put to rest properly is only worried about her own azz and the boyfriend she just thought she had.

I'm surprised LE hasn't charged Cindy yet too.The game playing is over!

I think they all have known something bad happened to Caylee & it seems now all they're worried about is there image.

Casey needs given 24 hours notice either talk or murder charges are coming down on you & then charged ASAP. LE has been more then willing for a turn of events. The lawyer .......well he needs ran out of Fl. :furious:

That does seem far-fetched, but who knows? A mother not reporting her child missing for a month is also far-fetched. The only cases I can remember where a parent didn't report a child missing are ones where the parent(s) were involved with the child's death.

You know, mommya, early on in this case, I commented on the 'traveling prostitutes' in the tricked out limo? It was in Florida and was only about 6 weeks ago. Anyone else remember it? LOL, they had lapdances, and even a curtained off area for sex. There was also a New York affiliation, I believe.

Yeah I saw that, but most pages says things like "casey-- mom" 'lee--uncle" etc... Maybe this is another page that she had? Maybe this is the one she gave info about on the jail call to the friend?

It it kind of hard to even imagine this But then, Willie Crane, the guy who was convicted of killing the little girl, was gound guilty, he dumped her body in the gulf off Tampa causeway, no body ever found but he was convicted. So....I guess it is possible.
I could just think a body would wash ashore unless yo could go way out?
As in a boat.....
Even if they never find Caylees body, she could still be convicted in a trial, that is about the only good thing. It just takes all the right evidence and presenting it at trial the right way.

I don't know how hard it would be???
I know nothing about the tides / just sounded possible is all.
I've heard of high tides / low tides & not sure how it works. Or if a body would wash up on shore.

Yes i too have considered this - but who could be dead and not missing - an illegal? Is she trying to send the code that Zanny is the one dead?
