Are we to just discount the testimony of the ex-boyfriend that he heard Caylee during a phone call to Casey on the 24th? He states that he is 100% sure it was her.
What keeps nagging at me is if we believe him then there has to be a babysitter involved. Nobody claims to have seen Caylee with Casey between June 15th and July 15th. If we believe the ex-boyfriend then there had to be a sitter for Caylee because she wasn't with Casey during that time (according to friends of hers). And if we don't believe him, why would he say he is 100% sure that he heard her? If he's not lying then Caylee has been with a sitter from July 15th to at least the 24th or Casey played some kind of video or tape of Casey to fool him.

Why necessarily would there have to be a babysitter involved? It would only mean that Caylee was alive as of the 24th of June...she might very well have died that day becuase the same day or next day is when the gas gans were stolen...

Great read imnothe! snip from your link~

"
According to Dr. Schurman-Kauflin, Casey Anthony is a "dark damsel" who is seemingly ignoring the disappearance of her 2-year-old child, Caylee Anthony.
"The hallmark of a good predator is that she constantly tells lies. If you clutter the truth with enough of what's false, no one can tell what is real," Dr. Schurman-Kauflin said. "This is why the female offender keeps everyone guessing with deception. Keep people chasing their tails, and they don't have the time to fight you. You will often find female offenders are remarkably good at making people do what they want. They are especially skilled at manipulating men. Women know there is more than one way to make a man wild. She can seduce him. She can lead him in circles. When that fails, she can kill. Seduce-circle-kill."

wow.

Is there a video of Jesse Grund speaking on camera about the conversation he had with Casey? I thought I saw one, but just don't remember with all the videos out there.

Blink: Here is the great thing about forensics. The decompostion and stain will prove to be Caylee's. Casey has already admitted to stealing the car, otherwise mom wouldn't have called 911 to have her arrested. No fingerprints other then the family will turn up on the automobile and how would Zenida have gotten the automobile? Zenida will cease to exsist. The prosecution will have a good case against Casey. I wonder if Casey told mom or Lee why she left the car in the parking lot.

All LE needs to do is get a warrant for her phone records from AT&T and they'll know who called her and when they called and vice versa. :bang:

Hi Dee, doesn't it seem like there are so many cases where the suspect has lost their cell phone, or it broke, or it was stolen whatever the excuse is...and they got a new one right around the time the crime is committed? Don't they realize it doesn't matter if they have the old phone or the new phone, their call records are what's important not the phone!

I really don't get why Lee was so concerned about finding this phone Casey lost, or the ph#'s that the Nanny was suppose to have called from in the past, just get the phone records and starting calling the #'s!!! Why waste time looking for the stupid phone!?!

I have a couple of pathological/compulsive liars in my extended family. I won't even associate with them anymore, however, there are a few other family members who will not hesitate to bend over backwards time and again to make excuses for them, cover their behavior, and at least pretend to believe pretty much every bit of BS that comes out of their mouths. I don't know the technical terms, co-dependency, maybe, or it's just easier?

It's very tragic.... because the family become victims of the liar only because they love them & can't stop hoping that things might be different if only they show them support & love.

The only reason people have a problem with Cindy's behavior is because Caylee's interests are being pushed aside.

Nobody cares that Cindy wants to stick by a liar & possibly a murderess BUT at least have the decency to find Caylee FIRST.

I think that it might be possible that Casey throw that response to the inmate in passing. I suspect that she is quite angry with Tony right now. He seems to be working with LE and has scheduled no visit with her.
I would not surprise me that she would throw out that to spite Tony.... who btw probably is her EX boyfriend now.

Have you noticed how many ex-boyfriends she has out there? Most of the guys mentioned with any connection to her have been ex-boyfriends. Maybe times have changed, but back in the day, I didn't consider a guy my boyfriend until we had gone out for at least a month.

And thank you to everyone who has expressed condolences on the loss of my beautiful daughter. It was over 8 years ago, but it's something I will never get over.

Right, because..... if they go in to the right apartment, the person who kidnapped Caylee because she loves her and wants her as her own may do something to Caylee..... come on Cindy, please -

Someone needs to step in and get Cindy some help - I truly believe that she is going to have a breakdown sooner than later. Of course we "are all sucking the life out of her every day..."

Did Cindy say that?
lol

Neither Camp Casey or LE has confirmed their position on his statment. As it would "help" Casey, if there was anything to it, you would have heard that in response to the pics from last eve, I assure you. Secondly, they leaked that Jesse was fired for psych reasons..
The finger pointing is going to commence shortly- anyone know if Jesse hired an attorney yet?

I have posted this a few times- there are only 2 explanations:

1) Casey was setting Jesse up over that weekend to take the fall and pretended to talk to Caylee on that call, spent the weekend for an alibi
2) Jesse lied so he himself does not get implicated after Casey.

Padilla stated yesterday they believe that Caylee went missing on June 15th. It appears then for whatever reason that the call on the 24th was probably mistaken. There has been nothing that shows Caylee was on this earth after the 15th/16th of June.

I am just so so so tired and OVER all of this three ring circus. The more I think about Cindy and the home dynamic, the more none of what she has said makes any sense.

I am a mother of two. One grown and in the Army - the other is now a teenager. When they were younger I had extended family that could/would watch and/or babysit.

If Casey and Caylee LIVED in the home with Cindy and George - well, when Casey went out to party - she should have / would have left Caylee at home. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 as they might - it was still the best thing to do. If Casey decided she didn't want to hear mommy and daddy "🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬" about her adventures - so take Caylee with her. Well, that's when Cindy and/or George SHOULD HAVE stepped UP or stepped IN and said LOOK - YOU GO ANYWHERE YOU WANT AND DO WHATEVER YOU WANT - JUST LEAVE THAT BABY HERE WHERE SHE IS SAFE. Why on earth would they allow her to just take Caylee with her - oh wait, I know - because Casey claimed she had a nanny - named Zanny. I don't know about any of you - but a typical set of grandparents would have then said - well where does this babysitter/nanny live? What's her phone number? What's her name? And more importantly, why pay a nanny when she can stay here? Save your money - but then she didn't have any money anyway.

What we have found out is that obviously this situation happened frequently between Casey and Cindy and George. Cindy and George would allow her to leave with Caylee to go wherever and do whatever. Knowing Casey was partying WHY did they NOT step in to protect that child and keep her with them (home) and safe? I find this highly suspect. IF Cindy was raising this child, supporting both Caylee and Casey - why did she just allow Casey to waltz out of the house with Caylee in tow without ever asking a question? It is obvious that if Casey fought her about Caylee being HER child and not Cindy's that all Cindy would have to do is call Child Protective Services and bing bang pow - its over.

Has anyone else taken this road of thought?

I still keep thinking there is an undercurrent here...we have not scratched the surface of.....and it will be so awful we can't comprehend it.

It's so very sad but I also believe what you've said to be 100% true and correct. Right on the money! :) My heart breaks for little Caylee, that poor baby girl. In my heart I do hope she sold her for adoption or something, but something inside me says it will be so very much more worse!

No she is definitely saying "on that level".
ALL THE TALK ON TV, NEWS, ARTICLES, ETC..STILL WE ARE NO FURTHER IN THE INVESTIGATION AND NO CLOSER TO FINDING CAYLEE. All of this has just been going in circles, with Casey reiterating her lies..I think that is why Lee said he didn't have his notes..hoping she would tell him something new. But all she can say is I am in jail and basically nothing has changed from my end.

IMO LE knows far more than what they've lead us the public and even perhaps Casey and her family to believe. I also have a sneaking suspicion that her brother Lee may be cooperating with LE, and also digging for her attorney's. When I heard Lee and Casey's conversation last night I most definitely heard an Uncle and brother who has absolutely had enough of her constant BS and lies. The constant merry-go-round of stories.

Now because the pictures come out of the partying at Fusian that night the timeline has once again changed when it was said that she was there looking for people and perhaps the babysitter who frequents there. Confuddled sick mess IMO at the expense of the life of beautiful baby girl Caylee! Sick and twisted woman puts it mildly.

I was also considering that maybe her family is coming out and taking the supportive stand as far as Casey is concerned in the face of her rapidly changing stories and twited lies in order to placate her? It is a real possibility given her comment that "everything's about Caylee."

Lastly when I see her behavior and all she really reminds me of my sister who has severe mental health problems. Possibly a severe manic depressive with some schizophrenic and narcissistic affective disorder thrown into the mix. The lies, story telling are all examples of grnadiose thoughts and truly do fit the type of behavior patterns.

I also believe that her family were maybe beginning to put the screws to her as far as work ethic and parenting goes prior to Caylee's disappearance due to the constant thefts and monetary repoonsibilities etc.

I keep getting stuck on this part too...
LE has confirmed an 18 minute call so we know the call occurred...but could Jesse have mistaken about hearing Caylee..or could he have confused that "off the table" talk with another call prior to this 18 minute call on the 24th...
On one hand I am more likely to believe she did something to Caylee closer to the date she dumped the car...The 27th...but you're right..the question then becomes where was Caylee between June16-27th...
Maybe LE knows of another friend watching her that we havent heard of??
I could have also sworn I watched a video report yesterday that specifically said Investigators are now lookng at late June as the time of Caylee's disapperance...will see if I can find a link for that report

Someone asked about the call between Casey and Lee released last night and I can't locate the post. My eyes are going cross eyed though! Here's the link for anyone who hasn't heard it.

http://www.wftv.com/video/17047592/index.html

Listening to the phone for the second time, Casey does say, "ON that level" not "I'm not level."

But most revealing about that call was Lee's level of skepticism. Casey is concerned and you can hear it in her voice. She's worried that she's losing Lee's support. She's worried that he didn't attend the hearing, and his response is that he had other things to do.

It sounds like Lee has exhausted the leads Casey had given him, contacted people she wanted contacted, and came away with nothing. Perhaps in the process, he learned from those contacts things about Casey he hadn't known.

Maybe Lee is running out of things to 'investigate' & maybe he'd like to find ONE THING that Casey has claimed is actually true?

IF he finds the phone, at least he knows she doesn't lie 100% of the time???

If she was alive on the 15th and alive on the 24th then she was alive between the 15th and the 24th yet no one claims to have seen Caylee with Casey during this time so where was she?

My thoughts on this comment revolved around ex-boyfriend is dead (in a car accident) and now *possibly* so is caylee - the ex has caylee in heaven or in the afterlife - wondering if this is how she meant it.

Im going to go with the forensics prove Caylee's death from inside the car.. A smell as was described and a "stain" will produce the right forensics to prove her death. I personally believe they have that already but can't place Casey with her last absolutely so either she confesses or they find a body, or whoever helped her flips, which is not likely unless they are facing a worse scenario than concealing a body.
They MUST tie Casey as the last person in that car with a corpse or this is going to be a while.

It will break my heart if she has to stay out there, but it's a real possibility. We should brace ourselves
I agree Blinky :eye::eye: We must also remember that they have a few more weeks of her safely tucked in jail on the current charges...so they have time to cross every t and dot every i in the homicide case...that I am betting they are building as I type this (imhoo)

On one of the shows last night, either Greta, Dan Abrams or NG, they were talking to the Sheriff's office, Officer Padilla, and he said THEY CAN'T SEARCH FOR CAYLEE UNTIL THE FAMILY REQUESTS IT, AND THEY HAVEN'T REQUESTED IT!

Sorry for shouting, but this is outrageous! The family needs to ask!

Pardon my vernacular (sp?)....but, WTF? THE FAMILY HASN'T REQUESTED IT?
Mkay, this thing just seems to get weirder and weirder.

The only thing I have read (and I have missed a LOT of posts) is the roommate of Tony said 'in the past two weeks' when she was staying there at Tony's house she didn't have Caylee with her, which would put it around the end of June.
