I am just so so so tired and OVER all of this three ring circus. The more I think about Cindy and the home dynamic, the more none of what she has said makes any sense.

What we have found out is that obviously this situation happened frequently between Casey and Cindy and George. Cindy and George would allow her to leave with Caylee to go wherever and do whatever. Knowing Casey was partying WHY did they NOT step in to protect that child and keep her with them (home) and safe? I find this highly suspect. IF Cindy was raising this child, supporting both Caylee and Casey - why did she just allow Casey to waltz out of the house with Caylee in tow without ever asking a question? It is obvious that if Casey fought her about Caylee being HER child and not Cindy's that all Cindy would have to do is call Child Protective Services and bing bang pow - its over.

Has anyone else taken this road of thought?

The answer seems to be that Casey told them she was paying for a babysitter.....which to me screams out again SOCIOPATH...that she hates her mother so much that rather than leave her daughter somewhere safe, she concocted a fake babysitter and left the girl who knows where to use as leverage against her parents...

Neither Camp Casey or LE has confirmed their position on his statment. As it would "help" Casey, if there was anything to it, you would have heard that in response to the pics from last eve, I assure you. Secondly, they leaked that Jesse was fired for psych reasons..
The finger pointing is going to commence shortly- anyone know if Jesse hired an attorney yet?

I have posted this a few times- there are only 2 explanations:

1) Casey was setting Jesse up over that weekend to take the fall and pretended to talk to Caylee on that call, spent the weekend for an alibi
2) Jesse lied so he himself does not get implicated after Casey.

It sure appears that's the road that will be taken. I hope Jesse has a good attorney!

I agree with what you are saying, however, I am in a rational state of mind. The point I am trying to make is there is a good possibility Cindy lost all ability for rational thought back around July 16th. We can come up with all kinds of theories involving conspiracies and book deals and who knows what, but for me this is the simplest explanation for what I see as her running off at the head babbling nonsense at every turn. She IS making things worse, but I don't think she is capable at this point to see that. I think she is a broken woman who has lost a precious little girl, and she can't face it.
Lanie

I understand and agree that she is totally distraught, I believe that she loves Caylee very much, however......she is doing what she has obviously done when dealing with Casey. She is indulging her. I'm sorry but I cannot justify Cindy's ignorance of right and wrong. I can give her everything else, but she should stop this dog and pony show and introduce her daughter to the truth. The more Casey feels supported the longer she will play games. She is stating that LE and the Media (and I am no fan of the media)are at fault. Everyone under the Sun is at fault except for Casey Marie Anthony, the mother of that child, who didn't report her missing for 31 days with nothing but a lame excuse and web of lies to back it up. Cindy's sorrow filled voice on that 911 call told me that her instincts were telling her that Caylee's body was in that trunk. She can support her daughter and love her without lending credence to her lies. That is the only thing that I fault her for, especially since the one person that supposedly has the information to bring Caylee home is sitting with her mouth WIDE shut. Spewing lies everytime she picks up a telephone.

Are we to just discount the testimony of the ex-boyfriend that he heard Caylee during a phone call to Casey on the 24th? He states that he is 100% sure it was her.
What keeps nagging at me is if we believe him then there has to be a babysitter involved. Nobody claims to have seen Caylee with Casey between June 15th and July 15th. If we believe the ex-boyfriend then there had to be a sitter for Caylee because she wasn't with Casey during that time (according to friends of hers). And if we don't believe him, why would he say he is 100% sure that he heard her? If he's not lying then Caylee has been with a sitter from July 15th to at least the 24th or Casey played some kind of video or tape of Casey to fool him.

I think the baby sitter was xanax and the trunk of her car. Honestly. I have asked the same question you are asking and no one knows how the child was taken care of while Casey partied. It seems the exact date of Caylee missing is not as important as she had to have been missing for a long time. No mother would not call 911 over a child yet to be 3 missing. How did her mother finally come to the conclusion she needed to call 911 over Caylee missing? Did she start in arguing about the car and realize she had not seen her grand daughter in a month? Hopefully LE has the answers. I cannot find any record of a babysitter or info on anything aside from what we se in the press. Of course there is the photos of Casey partying which I think even the new ones will be featured on Faux News tonight without even a thank you to the ones that found them.

If she was alive on the 15th and alive on the 24th then she was alive between the 15th and the 24th yet no one claims to have seen Caylee with Casey during this time so where was she?

She could have been stashed in some crack house flop house hotel for all anyone knows since nobody seems to know where she was for the past year when she was with "Zannie" the babysitter whose existance can't be substasntiated.

Though, I tend to suspect the ex bf is wrong and the child was already 'gone' shortly after the 15th...my impression is that Casey was a 'caring' mother ONLY when she had an audience, and that after moving out of mom's house, pratically the minute she was really on her own, alone with her daughter, boom....disappears.

Hi Dee, doesn't it seem like there are so many cases where the suspect has lost their cell phone, or it broke, or it was stolen whatever the excuse is...and they got a new one right around the time the crime is committed? Don't they realize it doesn't matter if they have the old phone or the new phone, their call records are what's important not the phone!

I really don't get why Lee was so concerned about finding this phone Casey lost, or the ph#'s that the Nanny was suppose to have called from in the past, just get the phone records and starting calling the #'s!!! Why waste time looking for the stupid phone!?!

Could it be that they're more interested in her address book on her phone, to see, if in fact, the "nanny's" phone number is in the phone, but she hasn't EVER contacted this person in the time that she's said Caylee was there? (did that make sense what I just typed?)

Blink: Here is the great thing about forensics. The decompostion and stain will prove to be Caylee's. Casey has already admitted to stealing the car, otherwise mom wouldn't have called 911 to have her arrested. No fingerprints other then the family will turn up on the automobile and how would Zenida have gotten the automobile? Zenida will cease to exsist. The prosecution will have a good case against Casey. I wonder if Casey told mom or Lee why she left the car in the parking lot.

Whoa- Casey has never admitted to stealing anything, much less the car.
Mom called 911 knowing full well that she prob could not have her arrested because she drove it with her permission, it was a bluff, ploy to get her to cough up Caylee location, period. She never dreamed the child was actualy missing..

If they could CONCLUSIVELY tie her to the car or evidence found in the car associated with Caylee's case, they would have arrested her by now.
In lieu of that, they are weaving a very tight circumstatial case around the forensics. Think about it- we were carjacked and I never saw her again- that does not make her a murderer.
This is not my personal opinion, Im referrring to the prosecutorial burden here.

I love how Casey's attorney keeps saying that men and women aren't held together in a place where they could have converstations. This was not a conversation, it was Casey walking by and inmates yelling not so nice comments and questions. Typical defense attorney spin that makes them look not so mart.

Yes, Just like when he said the DJ was too busy spinning records to know what's going on. He didn't want to talk about the fact that the DJ lived with Casey's boyfriend!

Have you noticed how many ex-boyfriends she has out there? Most of the guys mentioned with any connection to her have been ex-boyfriends. Maybe times have changed, but back in the day, I didn't consider a guy my boyfriend until we had gone out for at least a month.

And thank you to everyone who has expressed condolences on the loss of my beautiful daughter. It was over 8 years ago, but it's something I will never get over.

oh Lanie...there are no words. My heart hurts for yours. (big tight squeeze hug from me to you :blowkiss:)

Cindy posted on her myspace blog that Casey took Caylee and left without warning. It's obvious she was very hurt and confused about this as it happened very suddenly.

well, we do know that she was the last person in the car that smelled of decomp...because the bf picked her up there, right? and if the hair/fiber/stains are found to belong to Caylee...I think that's going to be enough to charge her, IMO.

That's one of the problems.... Casey can't tell EXACTLY when Caylee went missing because it would put Caylee in more danger. (That's what her lawyer claimed last night)

Knowing how much Casey lies, maybe SHE pretended to be Caylee? Maybe it was a tape recorder? Maybe she misplaced Caylee AFTER that call?

Who the heck knows with this nutjob.

Oh well.... maybe LE found out WHEN Caylee disappeared or maybe Casey isn't ready to disclose that yet. No rush.

That post from Cindy was on July 3rd and I believe the post is now off Cindy's MySpace page.

perhaps that is why she wanted tony's phone number so badly in the first call from the bighouse. she wanted to align stories! And at that time I do not believe she was aware of how they would be recoreded and played. Too bad they didn't give her that number and catch her in some plotting!

I could have also sworn I watched a video report yesterday that specifically said Investigators are now lookng at late June as the time of Caylee's disapperance...will see if I can find a link for that report

The reporter was not accurate as Padilla stated yesterday that LE believes that Caylee went missing on June 15th.
