I realized that tonite, too. I have neglected the other cases I have diligently been a part of for so long. Keeping up here with limited time is like a full time job tho!

Off Topic to Blink: "Our" Drowning men cases got some play on the radio tonight!

Is there a recording somewhere- I hate that I could not hear it live, Im feeling there is a break coming..aaahhh I can tkeep it all in ..

I haven't seen it and I haven't seen anything posted on here saying it existed...

Some people have pictures of xanzx pills but that doesn't count... Hopefully the NG show didn't browse through those posts without clicking on the attachments for clarification!

"Cindy Anthony said her daughter would be willing to work with authorities in drawing a composite sketch of a babysitter who Casey Anthony claims she'd left the child with when she disappeared. Caylee was not reported missing for more than a month."

Why would George make a statement like that??? I checked the sentinel and all the local channels and I saw nothing in regards to "She's Alive!" I pray that she is! But everything inside of me says differenly.

It's just more spin on what we already know. Kinda like when Lee proudly announced that he had all this new info and new people to check out. Poor guy was all excited thinking he held the key. It turned out to be the same old stuff Casey has been spewing since day 1.

I promise myself I'm cleaning tomorrow.

I was just reading on Topix (because at this point I an obviously take A LOT of self-inflicted punishment) and they said the stain in the car was blood. (info released tonight on Fox)

Is that true? Obviously suspected.. but has it been confirmed?

I'm just catching up, but I did catch part of Geraldo tonight and there was confirmation that the stain in the car is blood.

Replay of Geraldo starting in 2 minutes for all of us who missed it!
Good maybe I can find out what George said at the end of the show!

So I posted about this in the Nancy Grace thread yesterday, but i don't think anyone responded. On NG, it was stated that a composite drawing of the nanny was made and was in 'limited circulation.' I haven't come across it. Has anyone else? I'd like to see that.
Here you go.

I think George and the whole family are liars.
George had to know the moment he opened the car door exactly what the smell was. I think that Cindy also knew.

George was a detective back in Warren. Any detective - homicide or not - knows the death and decomposing smell.

I think that this whole plan of kidnapping was made up by the family and they all know they HAVE to stick to it. George also knows how long it might take for a body to decompose to the skeletal state.

I have posted a while back that the I believed that the family KNOWS Caylee is dead and are sticking to their agreed story.

As for legal mail sent out of a jail, detention center, or prison; it is sealed by the inmate and only logged on the computer as legal mail going out. Regular outgoing inmate mail is not read, but the letter will be taken out and looked at (not read), placed back in the envelope and mailed with the outgoing mail. There is no time to read outgoing mail and this is generally not done. Even incoming general mail is opened and searched - not read.
When legal mail comes in, it is logged on the computer as legal as well as who it is from. Then the inmate has to sign for it. It is still sealed when the inmate signs for it.

Now. What Lee was asking Casey to do by sending him a direct letter via attorney is against the rules and cannot be done without breaking them. Ask any attorney as well as jail officer. Casey could give her written statements to her attorney and he can share them with whomever he pleases, but Lee was asking Casey to do a separate one for him. I am sure the attorney, Lee, and Casey have already been made to understand what the rules are now, and that she cannot give her attorney a sealed letter for him to pass on to someone else - family member or not. Any time Casy spent on suicide watch, she would not have been able to have a pen or pencil or even paper for that matter. I was in LE for 10 years and started off at the jail/detention center.

In IMO, George, Cindy, and Lee are walking a VERY fine line right now. If they do not watch out now that the Feds are involved, they will get in big trouble. I think George may be in trouble already.

I also believe that when the forensics are back, Casey's charges will be upgraded to murder charges.

Having said all of this, I do have a certain sympathy for the family. Looking at the pics of Caylee, I feel that the family did love her very much. Who wouldn't? Casey may have told the family that Caylee's death was accidental, and they stood by her. I had already made a post some time back as to them not wanting to lose BOTH Caylee AND Casey. They covered up. All of them. Someone will crack - just don't know who.

I do not post often, but can say that I have read EVERY post on Caylee's forum. This is all just speculation on my part, and my opinion. And I stand by it. I appreciate all of the links! I also very much respect all posters opinions and do realize that I am in a very small minority in what my opinion is.

Sorry for the long post!!

LOL, funny thing is, I have been here also. Just reading all the post, and man do they move fast! I do feel for the family, I just don't know how I would handle it myself. I do think she (Cindy) is going to fall apart when the truth comes out.

I don't know how I'd handle it either- Heck, I make excuses for my dog when he craps on the carpet! LOL

However, I have had a family member that molested other family members (including me), then murdered his own daughter. My lovely family (and I am NOT being facitious) hardly ever spoke of it, never went to court to see my uncle punished or support my cousin because denial WAS more than a river in Egypt!

I can say as a victim of that kind of thing, who did not aquire a voice until I was in my 20's, I would not just go with the flow and keep publicly supporting someone who had been behaving questionably. But if I had never been a victim, it might be more difficult.

Okay- that said- as strong as my views are on this case and my own observations of my own family when it comes to this, I just need to get myself a waffle iron :chicken: because there are some lines that can be blurred- not because there is a diff between right and wrong, but because we really don't know what we would do when faced with the unthinkable!

you are far from a chicken my dearest buddy Galvino... and you know what else.....that is the first statement made on this forum that has made sense in (most of) the behavior of the Grandparents. I am also so sorry for what you had to go thru. You are truly a special person... bless ya, G!:blowkiss:
