Ah, I am not the only one with one of those mothers...but anyway, I am not sure what Cindy does out of love and what Cindy does out of a need for control. Has it been confirmed who the last one was that was seen with Caylee? Definitely? I know there was speculation that it was Cindy and not Casey that was last with her.

Not sure the who Caylee was 'last with' has been verified anywhere.

I think they'd have to prove that it "hurt" them...I'm assuming you're thinking of slander. Geraldo is an attorney...he probably has a whole legal team on staff...I'd be shocked if he didn't clear everything before he went on the air.

Thanks! I Bet you are right. Geraldo is a trip. He sometimes get too passionate in his reporting for some people. After Katrina Fox pulled him off of his current show and put him on the local fox networks late at night. They did that for a year and now he's back.

I grew up with Geraldo's reporting in the Hippee days. He doesn't bother me but I can see why some people wouldn't want to here some of the stuff that was on the show tonight. LOL

Maybe because daytime bloggers are more interested in facts and not hunches.

For the FOURTH time: Some one please read the affidavit. In it George tells police that be thinks Casey is whitholding information about Caylee's disapearance.

In the bond hearing lee stated that Gpa called him because he was worried about "your mother" but didn't give him any specifics, and asked him to meet at the family home.

On 911 call Cindy stated that she had to get home because her son was waiting there for her to talk about the car

FWIW There have been cases that the defendant recieves the death penalty without a body, the one that stands out in my mind I believe was back in 1998 and in Florida not sure the city, but it was Willie Crain, they sentenced him to the death penalty for the kidnap and murder of Amanda Brown, and to this day that poor little girl has never been found.

ROFL. Something like that. I was listening to Tricia and trying to listen to Geraldo at the same time.
He came down hard on the family. Practically accused George of hiding the gas cans. If you can catch it later it's worth watching.

If your childs life depended on acting normal in every facet of your life...you would act normal in every facet of your life. There are people that are very convincing when convincing you that you can be seen everywhere. I still have the highest of hopes that these grandparents are not involved in anything other than being stupid enough to believe everything their daughter is telling them.
George has the same blankness to his face and eyes that my very own father had the day his grandson told him he was going into war. The look of "I know what can happen, what may happen", same as George seems to have the "It may have happened"
My worst fear in this is that they will find caylee dead, and the whole family involved in the cover up..

Galvino...I don't know about the thing regarding if they can sue or not. I don't have a legal background at all but some on here do. It is pretty shocking about what was being said on Geraldo's show tonight. I am not sure how they get by with it????

They have the freedom of the press that they hide behind. They always quote unnamed sources when it's sensationalism. There have been many cases where reporters went to jail for not revealing their sources as well as many lawsuits. Nancy Grace is a recent one.

As far as real evidence, Cindy's video of Caylee places her as the last person known to have been physically with Caylee. It is not speculation. However, we don't know what else there is to place Casey with Caylee after the video was taken.

I think Casey is/was afraid of facing her mother knowing what she has done to Caylee.

I still lean toward a death in the heat while Caylee was sleeping in the trunk...perhaps drugged by her mother.

I know I would have been afraid for my life had I "lost" one of MY mother's grandkids. I would have got in my car and would STILL be driving to get as far as possible before she got a hold of me...
