Thats my theory.

I really think the whole thing may be pretty simple..I think she was going to bury her in the backyard and for some reason changed her mind.. Then once she finally did whatever it is she did with that precious baby, she just went wild. I think for some reason she is afraid to admit what happened so she came up with this whole lame story. I think the whole partying thing was so she wouldn't have to face what had happened. I read somewhere that she was an over achiever in middle school and I just wonder if she was a perfectionist to the point of not being able to admit when she has made a mistake. Even when it was an accident.

The ony reason I wonder this is because on the 15th of July my 2 yr old son climbed my kitchen cabinet and got into a prescription of bp meds and had to go to the hospital and have the charcoal cocktail, it turned out that he never actually ingested any but it could have turned out so different if he had. I felt like the worst parent on the earth when all of the Dr's were questioning me on how it happened.

Maybe Cindy or George always expected her to be perfect with no room for mistakes and that is the reason for this whole fiasco? I am really just thinking outloud.

No, and now the darn post is gone! But this other site said it was posted July 4th so I guess maybe it could fit in if Cindy had been trying hard to find the child for a week or 2 and couldn't see her.

Thats what I was thinking, she never says how long in that post, just that Caylee was gone or missing taken by Casey without using Casey's name.

Cindy did post that Casey left with Caylee without warning on her Myspace. IMO, I also feel Casey left because she was fleeing her crime.

yeah, did you see how he downright harrassed this guy Tony????.....that was uncalled for, IMO......this guy is cooperating with LE...the last time he saw Caylee was at the pool where he lives, the 1st part of June (i believe the 2nd?)......Craig tried to make it sound like Tony was 'hiding' something...ooooooh, ooooooh

His buddy the DJ says they saw Caylee on the 13th.

The only problem with that is that Cindy posted on her myspace that casey took her away much earlier than that. I think posted on July 7th if I am not mistaken.

And Cindy had not seen Caylee since and by the beginning of July her frustrations came out in that post.

Does anyone think that tiis is a message to Cindy from Casey? You may all have discussed this in the past but I haven't seen it. It seems so appropos as to what is going on now. Its like saying to cindy you had all the power and the consequence is your most loved person is now gone. Not only gone, but dead. Everyone lies (casey) everyone dies (caylee). A threat too. What can be given can be taken away. I swear this was a message to grandma from casey. the little witch with a B.

Yes. That's been my thought since this broke. EXACTLY. This is a message to Cindy, after Cindy posted this on July 3.

Current mood: distraught

She came into my life unexspectedly, just as she has left me. This precious little angel from above gave me strength and unconditional love. Now she is gone and I don’t know why. All I am guilty of is loving her and providing her a safe home. Jealousy has taken her away. Jealousy from the one person that should be thankfull for all of the love and support given to her. A mother’s love is deep, however there are limits when one is betrayed by the one she loved and trusted the most. A daughter comes to her mother for support when she is pregnant, the mother says without hesitation it will be ok. And it was. But then the lies and betrayal began. First it seemed harmless, ah, love is blind. A mother will look for the good in her child and give them a chance to change. This mother gave chance after chance for her daughter to change, but instead more lies more betrayal. What does the mother get for giving her daughter all of these chances? A broken heart. The daughter who stole money, lots of money, leaves without warning and does not let her mother now speak to the baby that her mother raised, fed, clothed, sheltered, paid her medical bills, etc. Instead tells her friends that her mother is controlling her life and she needs her space. No money, no future. Where did she go? Who is now watching out for the little angel?

I don't think he recantted. I think he is saying he thought he heard Caylee. My question with that phone call is how does he know it was Caylee and not some other random child?

That is funny and I have to agree. My 13 year old was listening to the news with me about this on tv and said "you know, there is a solution to this." I said, "really? what's that" he replied, "it's called waterboarding."

from the affidavit, early on, he stated he saw her the beginning of June at the pool where he lives.....other than that, he pretty much got the same "nanny story" like everyone else got......i don't think this guy has a thing to do with whatever happened to Caylee......
