New here but going to jump right in (have been lurking around). I haven't seen any discussion about the stuffed animals. I found this to be really creepy.

"... father carted bags of stuffed animals to the curb."
Lee said, "...toys were donated to family"
"... Lee Anthony said they were toys that had been donated to the family during the ordeal and none belonged to Caylee"
"Lee also said they considered donating them, but they were in poor condition."

I find it hard to believe that people are donating toys in poor (used condition). Usually when people donate toys they are for a remembrance/vigil. I just find this another one of those Anthony...........

We discussed this at great length earlier.. people on both sides weighed in... some have seen some rather grungy things donated to such things... others seemed to share your perspective.

General to me is anything goes, period.

I mistakenly thought the same thing. It's only "anything" as long as it hasn't already been talked about, or isn't somewhere else on a different thread. That's my understanding, anyhow. :waitasec:

Yes, I saw that!

I found it telling that she didn't sleep all night thinking about whether or not she would visit Casey. The whole reason she didn't go was because the visit would be taped.

Hmmm... which means Cindy, in light of her meetings with LE, would not be able to hold back.

Otherwise, why not just visit your daughter to support her?

Again, apologies if this has been discussed.

I think she had an appointment with Greta Van Sus...who is in town ...and for whatever self serving reason, she and Casey decided that it would be better to do the show...let's just see tonight on Greta.

I know what General covers, just trying to understand what this board wants as General because things are being discussed over and over in General but the board wants us to go to the threads for the topics already discussed. :bang:

Perhaps they are checking dumpsters at the elementary school? Did they take cadaver dogs?

Whose on first here?
Joe, are you out there, I thought you were our "Man on the Street"
:)

Ithink it's a little late for dumpster diving, Caylee has been missing for 6 plus weeks.

Well... in my city they are limiting dumpster pick up and cut back... plus a school's might not be emptied as frequently during the summer if it's private (ours hasn't been... I went into work today and the parking lot REEKED)

but let's also keep open to the thought that if someone helped her... that person could be dumping stuff too...

just trying to find a reason because it does seem late..

although a dog would still hit on the scent.. and maybe that would help narrow down the dumping area???

that's kind of what I was thinking too. as in stream of consciousness.... and all kind of like, hey, I don't want to be boxed into a particular thread...very kind of loosey goosey and hippy-ish... I'm no hippy, but that's what I thought too.

Christine, posted what is considered general.

IMO

Anything that already has a topic should be kept in that topic. Anything that does not have a topic, can be posted in General.

Sorry, I have no idea. The dumpsters would have long been emptied since the date Caylee went missing I would think. I don't know what the terrain is like behind the school either. Regardless, LE didn't find anything there at that location.

New Pizza Test !

Just reported on Local 6 Orlando. The grandpa gave an example of how to get the "death smell" from the pizza. SO NOW, the local reporters have started a new pizza test ! This time they are using 4 pizzas.

Each pizza is placed in it's own bag. (flys are allowed to land on the pizza to create the maggots). Then a bottle of liquid Arm N Hammer cleaner (still in the bottle) is placed in one of the bags. The bag is then closed and placed in a car trunk for 15 days.

The 2nd bag with the 2nd pizza is placed in it's own bag, and the Arm N Hammer liquid detergent is "poured" into the bag. The remainder of the liquid detergent bottle is thrown into the bag for good measure. This one too has caught flys in it. Then the bag is tied and put in the same trunk as the first.

The 3rd bag w/the 3rd pizza is then placed in a bag (complete with flys), along with a box of Arm N Hammer. Then the bag is closed and put in the trunk.

The 4th bag w/the 4th pizza then has the powdered Arm N Hammer sprinkled on it, then the remainder of the box is thrown in for good measure, then the bag is closed and thrown in the truck with all the rest of them.

Now all 4 bags will be kept in the trunk for 15 days without opening the trunk until day 16.

According to grandpa, when they open the trunk, it should smell like death the pizza should be covered with maggots.

The above was reported on the local Orlando 5:30pm news on Channel 6. The reporters have decided to try it with the 4 pizzas, since GP wasn't specific on what type of cleaner was in the trunk (powder vs. liquid) or whether the Arm N Hammer was "in" or "out" of the container.

Geez, does gp actually believe we are now supposed to buy into this BS ??

So now, Casey didn't just forget some pizza in the trunk, she caught flies and put them in a bag with some cleanser.
:bang:
She can really play people can't she. :croc::fish:

I honestly don't believe that she was put in a dumpster.

Hi I didn't mean dumpster diving, I should have been more specific. I meant that animals can still trace a scent which might indicate if she is in a landfill. At that point it is tough but they can grid landfills down to area and date of dumping.

Fox stating spoke with LE a few minutes ago..

Forensic tests on hair, stain and shovel not yet fully complete....they have preliminary results that are in but not sharing those..In meantime searched the nearby woods found nothing.. and are still considering searching the canal behind grand-parents house but so far nothing in this case has lead them to conduct a water search

It seems most people enjoy the general like it is, and only a few are don't. It seems most want general to be anything goes.

With all due respect there are 54 discussion threads averaging 400 posts each (20,000 posts total) as well as 2+ pages of individual threads on the overall forum. Not everyone is spending 16 hours a day on here to review that volume of info, to formulate a thesis of where to put their post, question or comment. If I turn on FOX and they say helo's up and there is a search, the only thread I am going to is this one as this is where the conversation will be. If they say interview with Cindy after the break this is where it will be.

I am soooooo confused!! I would rather read the posters comments on the general thread. There are so many threads here and I am not even sure who the mods are anymore.
This is the thread I read - always!

I have a question, They would not have started even searching anywhere at all until the got the results back would they? And did I hear correct on tv that there is a body of water behind Caseys parents? Wonder how close that is to the house.

I haven't seen this discussed here today. Earlier today when all the hullabaloo was going on, Fox had a report on by that good looking young reported. During that interview with that reporter, he stated that he had talked with law enforement and that they think there are other people involved in this disappearance besides Casey.

Who do you all think is involved? I think her new boyfriend is involved and that he runs with some sort of gang into illicit things. Whats your ideas on what this could all be about.
