"If that pints the finger to my daughter and they have concrete proof and not circumstantial evidence, I'll be the first one to say she needs to be where she's at," Cindy said.

This is a very important statement by Cindy, imo. The difficulty is that most murder cases have circumstantial evidence that should be considered concrete.

Maybe Casey got pregnant by a married man?

Jesus not the father

The father "died"

Not on the birth certificate

Agreed to not be a part of the baby's life

Lee: "We will never reveal who the father is"

Cindy: "He started his own family.

I think she would have welcomed the cement.

I thought the same thing at first. Unless she thought it could be discovered while preparing the area for the cement. I know when we got our flagstone patio, they dug up our existing patio and some of our landscaped yard - to make it all level. Not that Casey would know this but maybe she got paranoid?

Going back to the shovel thoughts. Isn't it fitting that Casey would borrow the neighbor's shovel to dig then realize how consuming that would be so she used the shovel to break the hasp on the shed to get into it for something better? Again, that attempt failing?

It's been said that Casey had the shovel for an hour. I forget who said it but is that true?

And on GRETA last night, the Anthony's themselves said that they knew who bio dad was, they had an agreement with him about Caylee because he moved on, got married and had a family. SO which is it Cindy--who do we believe YOUR lawyer or YOU?:waitasec:

There is no known father - these are several lies their daughter told them about the father. Ibet Casey doesn't know the father, maybe a one night thing. IMO

Yes, that is what the neighbor has reported.

Not if she burned the evidence first and then just buried ashes. The ashes would mix with the dirt and unless you were looking for it, you may not notice. IMHO

ANd was this the same neighbor who observed her backing her car up to the garage and was this on the same day and time?

This Gonzales thing and the new date of the guest card....Can't the investigators check the handwriting to see if it belongs to Casey to put that to rest? Now things are starting to sound fishy. Did Casey try to build herself an alibi with that name or is there really someone with that name that was hanging around there at the time? Can't the police run the signature thru some computer system to see if it matches any driver's licenses or something???[/QUOTE said:
This is what I think - that she was spinning this persona beforehand, whether to cover some other crime she may have been involved in or simply the disappearance of her daughter.

And I believe the Bella Vida tattoo has something to do with the biological father and maybe his nationality and something they may have shared together. With Caylee gone, this tattoo is something that Casey can always have to keep the connection with the biological father.

Except, there wasn't any cement. They put down pavers. According to them.....which is probably a lie....so, maybe there is cement!!

In my personal opinion, I think every male that ever had a "thing" with Casey should go and get a paternity test so this all could be put to rest.

I have a son and if I knew he was one of the many, I would make sure he went for a paternity test.

It is impossible to burn the body to ashes yourself.

Well, I don't think there were ashes. From what I've heard that smell and the smoke would have most certainly been noticed by someone, probably many someones. JMO

Burning a body isn't as easy as just pouring gas on it. It would take extreme heat to turn bones into ash. I really don't believe she did this. Casey could have burned her clothes, maybe trying to get rid of blood stained evidence? Something to that effect?

No gigi...not hot enough and they say that the smell would be so intense it would be detected for a mile.

IIRC, didn't Lee say at one time that Casey had never even informed the father (assuming she knew who it was, which at this point, who the hell knows?) that she was pregnant? And then Cindy says Casey and the father had this agreement? Which is it?!

Yeppers... IIRC it sure is.

Two points.

1. Regarding purse left in car. I haven't seen anything that states her credit cards, ID, etc, were in that purse. The only article mentioned IIRC is the paper with the girlfriend's phone number (thus allowing GM to call the friend and make physical contact with Casey). My thought is that the purse (with no actual ID, valuables) was left to add additional lure to a potential car thief.

2. Blink34 asked about any past references to Casey pushing her car when it was "dumped."

My recollection is that Tony stated when he picked her up that she said she had pushed it into the space. He asked whether he needed to take her for gas/repair and she stated that her Dad was picking the car.

Bottom line: last alleged sighting of Caylee = June 15th (by Cindy); June 16th (by George); June 16th (by Casey).

All of the spin and obfuscation does not change the fact that it was three members of this family who were the last known people to have seen that child, and no one is vouching that she was alive after Monday June 16th.

Independent verification in the form of the Father's Day video puts the last known 'proof of life' date at June 15th.

"In this family, if the lips are moving? Lying!"
Kimberly Guilfoyle, Fox News

Weew; thank god for wiki:

Obfuscation is the concealment of meaning in communication, making it confusing and harder to interpret.

That is correct, but again I say, GP sees gasguzzler on 6/24 and does not ask where the H*ll is my grandaughter and not tell GMA?
