In my opinion *jose baez needs to be checked out regarding this child,

in my opinion* she cannot afford him and there COULD BE a connection to local money through (linked in) in my opinion

I HAVE ASKED SOOOOO MANY TIMES TODAY WHO IS PAYING FOR BAEZ??? Something isn't right with him... he isn't court appointed, Casey has no money or she wouldn't be stealing from Cindy & Amy, George & Cindy can't afford him either. SO WHERE IS THE MONEY COMING FROM THAT IS PAYING HIM???

In light of the discussion about George's new job, and Cindy being off to work on the afternoon of the 16th, I am wondering about the following...

Who usually watched Caylee when Cindy was at work? Was it George? Did Casey ever stay home to watch Caylee when her parents were at work?

If George had a "new job", was he suddenly unavailable to watch Caylee when Casey wanted a sitter on the afternoon/evening of the 16th?

Did the sudden unavailability of the grandparents trigger sudden anger/ a desire to hurt them back?

Now, all those questions asked, we have no right to know the details of the Anthony family's private arrangements and schedules. But, I am sure LE has asked all these questions, and the answers have given them information.

We can speculate all we want, but without some basic facts to support these speculations, we are just spinning our wheels in mud. We will have to wait until there is a trial, I think.

Just my humble opinion. I could be wrong. I think I was once!

RETRACING CASEY'S MOVEMENTS WITH CELL TOWER INFORMATION:

I am wondering if the police are not conducting any searches in various areas because they know where Casey was on the date they believe something happened to the child through cell tower information? Since now they have her phone records, wouldn't they be able to locate what cell tower picked up her phonecalls with various family members and friends? I think the police has this capability?

However, if Casey was using a second sim card with the phone she ''lost'' then it would be impossible for police to ever know where Casey went the days Caylee was missing and retrace her movements.

yeah that was going to be my response too. i say "ill give you a buzz later" at least 10 times/day. and i definitely dont mean lets meet up for coffee and/or hard narcotics. but, again, casey is a moron and i dont put anything past her.

Two pages behind but I wanted to write this before I forgot about it.
The pool theory that alot of you don't think could happen, here is my scenario:

I know I'm preaching to the choir here, but if this is what happened, or even close to what happened, she sure did mess herself up! Reporting it would have gotten her child neglect charges, and if this did happen, now she will possibly facing murder charges and more. What a stupid decision to make!

The media doesn't seem to want to discuss Caylee - instead they're all into what lie Casey may or may not have told or what her facial expressions were in court. I'd start to get a bit peeved too if the topic of conversation seemed to center around my haircut or the color of my husband's eyebrows rather than on my missing grandchild.

The problem is that there is nothing that can be said about Caylee that doesn't lead directly back to her mother. Because her mother is in jail and uncommunicative, it's her family who has put themselves out in front of the media and are taking the resulting scrutiny.

What can you say about Caylee?
* Her mother dropped her off with a person who cannot be found, does not appear to exist, cannot be physically identified by a composite drawing, has no license plate number to be checked, and whose location is unknown.

However, that wouldn't necessarily prevent searches from being conducted. Assume for a minute that Casey took off for parts unknown in order to avoid arrest, and is now in a country with no US extradition. The search for Caylee would have to proceed without her.

How would LE go forward in that scenario?

I posted this very early on, a few times, I would assume Baez is working on a pre- agreed upon percentage of "exclusive rights" to a possible book, tv, or movie deal, this is very common in high profile cases and frankly, can end up in pro bono for him in the end. Notoriety in the legal profession unless it is your own indiscression, is never a bad thing.

I believe that there is a reason that they have not done that. There is so much information that we don't know yet.

So do I, and I'm eager to find out what that information is because failing to search for a child who is missing and may be in danger doesn't pass the common sense test.
