Thank you for that information. I've had a hard time keeping up with this case and can't remember when the ex-boyfriend mentioned that he heard Casey speaking to Caylee (something about getting off the table) while on the phone. Does anyone remember that date? Was it around this time frame?

June 24th and they did go to the beach the weekend of 27-29. Jesse backed out from what he heard after being attacked by Casey's attorneys in the media or shortly there after, orso it does seem. He is now not 100% sure he heard Caylee's voice?

Yes, I remember that as well...but it doesn't mean that Caylee was not there....doesn't mean she was, but doesn't mean she wasn't.

The ex-boyfriend that thought he heard Casey say get off of the table on the 24th also resigned,quit,or was fired grom LE the same day the 24th.

I wonder too, AC. She talks to ex bf Jesse on 24th, he hears casey say get off the table, the 25th she says Caylee is at the beach with Nanny and offers to get together with Jesse on 25th. Guess current bf Tony was busy?

It was brought to my attention that reading the Search Warrant it could he that Jesse was saying that Caylee was with the sitter at the beach.

Not according to what is available to us thus far.

I don't recall the Casey at beach with Jesse 27th-29th either. Boy, that's a whole other avenue then, if so. But don't think he said anymore about Caylee than he was told she was with the Nanny at the beach.

Not that I am aware of but she supposedly had stolen/taken gas in the past.

nope, no explanations on the gas...other than maybe the car had a bad gas gauge. Odd it wasn't a problem all the days prior but suddenly the 23 this gauge was a problem...

Hi all! I've been glued to this site for a while now, and just waiting for a chance to jump in. Don't have much to add (yet), but one thing that's been bugging me is this whole issue about what Casey and Caylee were wearing on the last day that Casey's father saw Caylee. My husband wouldn't remember what I was wearing this morning, so I find it odd that Casey's father claims to remember what they had on more than a month later.

Casey's not talking to anyone. She's offered no clarifications on her original lies.

She's hiding behind her lawyer (which is her right...we can't begrudge her for asserting her constitutional rights).

She's remained silent since she was arrested, except to say "she's close"...or "she's in danger."
