Also JP has stated he saw Caylee at TonE's on the 13th although TonE says the 2.
Do we know if Tony was at home on the afternoon of the 13th when Casey was at the apartment with Caylee?

I believe it was DJ, Tony's houseguest, not JP (Ricardo's roommate) who made that comment, and he used the word "we". It may not have been Tony he was referring to, but instead someone else who could have been hanging out at the apt. that afternoon with them.

Cindy was furious that the Detective asked for her father's name so he could verify the visit on the sign in sheet and threatened to stop cooperating with them at that time. She also insisted SHE would find out herself!

Well, I hope the Detective is the one who did check it out himself.

But these aren't any witnesses remembering just any old thing. This is the date you last saw your daughter and your grandaughter. How were all 3 of them off by a week? I'm under the impression that Casey and Caylee lived w/ George and Cindy since Caylee was born. I would think you would be very aware of the exact date half of your household just suddenly up and took off.

Days blur together. Especially for people in their 50s who are working the same boring job week in and week out.
Weeks or even months blur. People don't always have the same skill level to recall details -- even important details. I'm understand your assessment on a moral level. Of course it is important that they left, but the date was not so clearly committed to memory.

Was it not Stephanie Casey's friend who said, she went walking with both of them on either 12th or 13th of June?

:slap: I will look further than the loc you guys found, as this was not the only place I have seen it. Can't do off the top of my head. Now if its being carried wrong, I sure want to know as well. Will try to get a substantial verification for you, if not I will post a correction.
Thanks!

It could very well be a mistake. Here is another "sighting" which was even before Caylee went missing: June 12: George Anthony says Caylee was spotted by friends of the Anthony family in a shopping area near the Orange-Seminole county lines. She was wearing a pink and blue outfit and white-rimmed sunglasses.

I find this MOST interesting because it is exactly what she George said she was wearing on July 16th, isn't it?!

You mean 6/16, right, SS? Well it seems like Caylee really loved that outfit!

What do you make of giving LE the date of 6/9 versus 6/16? A calculated effort to throw them off? Maybe b/c 6/16 was the exact date of the crime?

When I interviewed witnesses, sometimes we would have to start by establishing the time line. I would try to peg their memory to some important event like a holiday, birthday or significant trigger. Like, "Was it before or after the 4th of July? Answer: Before. Okay, was it before or after Memorial Day? Sometimes, in southern climates, the changes in seasons are so subtle that that was the only way to do it. In northern climates, the issue of the weather is more important -- like snow on the ground or cold outside. I can see why George, a trained detective can remember clothing, but Cindy cannot remember a specific date and was a week off.

Cindy stated she thought it was the last day of her vacation which was the 8th. I personally could not have told you what day father's day was before this case. I do not know what day mother's day was because we do not make a big deal out of those days in our family. Yes we give cards but that is all we do.

Yes. Odd statement tho. She said it was either the 12th, 13th, or 14th of June and she was "certain" of the date. LOL

The point is...the ANTHONYS obviously DO make a big deal out of it.

Actually that date is now cemented per George 16th of June. Caylee hair style a pony tail, white dress top, blue jean skirt and a white back pak with monkeys. Some things I have good recall for. Last sighting of Caylee with Casey per GP.

To be honest, we don't know when that was actually written or posted. We know what it says on the date stamp, but it could have been an old blog post that she changed.

You can not change those dates as they are automatic. All my space dates are automatic and you can not chage them.

So if you go in to "edit" a blog post...it will automatically change the first date of the original posting? I don't think so.

And yet when Cindy called 911 she said my daughter and grandaughter have been missing for a month--and they had been missing EXACTLY that long. Lucky blind guess in that case?

Grandma went to see her dad every Sunday rarely did she take Caylee, shot a video maybe their last possibly thinking of her dads age and health. Now why is it she did not recall again? :blushing:

Not to mention, wasn't there also a card laying on the table for him for Father's Day? What do you bet that included a gift, too?

Yes, but I suspect you are a current or former LE or lawyer.
Don't limit to looking for a child in that outfit, alive or not. Two year old girls go through several outfits a day.

Not familiar with how myspace has edit and layouts done. On blogs its common to pre-post a date for a post to show up on a different time, etc.?

You are correct about that.

There's a Father's Day card clearly visible on the table? Get out! :slap:
