I am so confused on where you are getting this information. Casey was suppose to go to Jacksonville have never heard mention of Knoxville. They did not confront Casey until July 15th.

Casey was suppose to be in Knoxville but allegedly they confront her on the 12th and she is seen with Caylee at the house by GP on the 16th. Now the car issue may very well come back to, I thought you were in Knoxville why is the the car in Orlando abandoned?

Caylee last seen on the 16th by GP. ZG fills out a card at Sawgrass apts on the 17th???? Not the same ZG mind you????

Frankly, I don't think Casey thought out her whole plan of action ahead of time. I think she was just winging it and procrastinating until her hand was forced by her mom calling the police. Seems to me like in desperation to not get in trouble she just says the first thing that pops into her head that will stave off the present question without reference to how that fits in with anything she's said before.

I am sitting here looking at a certified letter and the return address is clearly posted on the envelope.

So if you go in to "edit" a blog post...it will automatically change the first date of the original posting? I don't think so.

Just went to my page and you can edit and change the blog date. I couldn't find a way to change my join date though. It seems Cindy's join date was also July 3 so I don't know if there is a way to change that.

I do not believe the Anthonys knew anything about the car on July 12th. They picked up the certified letter from post office on the 14th, and car on the 15th. After picking up the car they tracked down Casey, by contacting Amy to find out where Casey was.

Every certified notice I have seen just gives the zip code of where the certified letter is originating from, doesnt say who it is from.
Disagree, green cards for certified mail being held do have a sender line, top rgt side. They did not pick up sooner per Cindy, it was the week end. Now again if I have encountered wrong info on the weekend comment I will correct it.

Right but the little slip they leave if they miss you and cant leave the letter just has the zip code on it.

I don't think it is important where Caylee and Casey were seen before June 15th. Caylee was with Cindy for a fact on that date. Cindy is the last person...

No, George and Casey were the last people.

I talked to my friend who owns a tow company. They towed the car on June 30th. The letter would have been mailed the next day. So how is it we are talking about July 14th and 15th anyway?! I have heard the term "snail mail", but that is ridiculous!

Personaly my thoughts, Casey knew exactly what she was doing. Reason I say this, her statement 31 days.

Actually, when I have tried to serve someone by mail and I think there is a chance that they will try to avoid service, I send 2 letters: one certified, return receipt, signature required and addressee only, and the other in a blank (not pre-printed) envelope with only the addressee's address but only a street and city return address. If the certified letter comes back but the blank does not, then I send a process server to the address.

Only in their version of the story. I am talking facts. June 15th is the last independent verified sighting of Caylee Anthony alive as depicted by the video and in the presence of Cindy Anthony.

Since it was registered, LE must know the exact date it was delivered, if they're interested.

YES! YES! YES!

Now, why 31 days as opposed to a month, 30 days or 4 weeks?

Nor do I.

So why when the car was retrieved from the impound lot did it suddenly become of critical importance for Cindy and George to locate Casey immediately?

Oh, yeah. Because the car smelled like pizza and they were miffed.

I definitely remember that in the very beginning of this case, Cindy said Casey was supposed to be going to Tampa for a job interview and a little vacation.

So, perhaps all the time Casey was calling and texting, Cindy thought they were in Tampa. Casey may have told her they were in Tampa. But, when George and Cindy got the registered letter from the impound yard that their 1998 Pontiac had been abandoned and towed to that yard..........that's when they learned that Casey wasn't where she was supposed to be.

Casey said Tampa, but her car was impounded right there in Orlando, not too far from home.

Right, in terms of verifiable evidence that is the last day we know she was alive.

I asked a friend of ours who works as a clerk in a tow impound yard, she said depending on how busy they are sometimes a car can sit for a bit before they run vin to get registered owner info and mail notice. She said they legally have 10 days to send notification, if they go beyond the 10 days they cannot charge the impound fees.
