And you don't see a change in George's facial expressions from time to time throughout that interview or other interviews he has done?

To me, George is very animated.....just like when he spoke to Casey in the jail. He said he asked about Caylee and all Casey would say is she is close. He shrugged as if to say, "what more do you want from me". It might just be his body language and how he communicates. JMO, of course.

ETA: I don't know how I would act if all these investigators and news personnel were after me.....I would assume it could be very uncomfortable, even from an ex-cop.

O/T Bernie Mac dead. Just in news a couple of weeks ago introducing Obama somewhere. Had pneumonia, in hospital, but died suddenly.
Wow!

There's something about him...can't put a finger on it...but something "not right" about him. I noticed the shrug, too. He seems to be fragile in psyche, and that's why Cindy mostly handles the media.

I never thought of that.

that is an excellent thought, but I truly do not believe she burned Caylee, I believe she burned evidence though. I guess it is not out of the realm that she may have attempted to?

Just a thought, is anyone aware of any sort of "burning" as a ritual in burial?

I think yesterday was the "come to Jesus" day for George and Cindy as well as Lee. I think after she refused Lee's visit they knew she couldn't and wouldn't face the family..there was no way for her to face them other then to say where Caylee is, who she is with (per the kidnapping story), or to admit she killed her..which she will not do. She can't face them knowing today is the birthday that she said Caylee would be home for, knowing full well that day would come and pass without Caylee.

They now know they are no further ahead in finding Caylee then they were on July 15th when Casey said she would take them to Caylee the next day. Now the birthday will be the same..no Caylee. I think the family now knows for sure Casey is not going to produce Caylee.........how heartbreaking for them this must be today.

OK, one more piece of total speculation:

In my mind, I wonder if Casey still loves Jesse. Now, isn't he the son of a pastor? So, Casey becomes pregnant for Caylee and says that Caylee is Jesse's daughter. I would imagine that this was upsetting for Jesse's family, but none the less, they go to the hospital and are there for support. Jessee has a blood test and it is known that Jessee is not the father of Caylee. Casey MUST HAVE KNOWN that there could have been another possible father, but pushed the fact that Jesse was the one. Now, fast forward to around June 24th. Jesse calls Casey about a get together and I wonder if Caylee is a sore spot with this relationship. Could this have triggered a motive to get rid of Caylee?y

EYEWITNESS NEWS UNCOVERS NEW THEORY INTO DISAPPEARANCE Eyewitness News uncovered details Friday of a working theory held by investigators that little Caylee may have drowned in the family swimming pool. A source close to the investigation revealed only to Channel 9 a working theory of the crime involving Caylee drowning and what may have happened next.

The source said some investigators believe a flurry of phone calls from Casey to her parents on June 16 could be an indication that whatever happened to Caylee happened that day. On that day, Casey and Caylee were last seen together by Caylee's grandfather George at the Anthony family home where they lived.

Caylee Marie Anthony loved the water and some investigators are considering whether that has something to do with her disappearance.

The theory is based on the following facts.

Fact #1: Casey Anthony's phone records show a flurry of unanswered phone calls to her parents on June 16.

Some believe that could be because that's when something happened to Caylee. A possibility being considered is Caylee could've gotten into the backyard pool on her own and was discovered too late.

Fact #2: Eyewitness News was told the Anthony family was careful to keep a ladder near the pool safe from Caylee, but that around the time of her disappearance the ladder was up.

"Boy, how she can just figure things out. We, of course, as every family would, we've had to childproof everything and she's smart enough to take it off," Lee Anthony said.

Fact #3: A neighbor says, right around the time Caylee disappeared, Casey had backed the car up to the garage, which the neighbor said was unusual, and borrowed a shovel for about an hour.

Fact #4: The car was later found abandoned at the Amscot at Goldenrod and Colonial and was towed. When Casey's parents found out and got it back weeks later, Caylee's disappearance began to unravel. Caylee's grandmother called 911 and made a frantic plea for help.

"There's something's wrong! I found my daughter's car today and it smells like there's been a dead body in the damn car!" Cindy Anthony said in the call.

Fact #5: Investigators said they found evidence in the car that indicated Cindy Anthony's statement was true and the FBI is testing it to verify that.

"The first 24, 48 hours I had the 'what if, what if, what if.' I also went over all of it with the sheriff's department. Sgt. Allen can tell you that I sat down with him and talked about different things. He made me feel a lot better when they examined the pool, around the pool area, because, to me, that would be the riskiest place that something could have happened," Cindy Anthony said Friday afternoon in response to the theory.

This is not the only theory investigators are considering. They're still hoping to find Caylee alive.

Channel 9 has also learned that new technology is being used to try to find out if in fact there was a dead body in Casey's car. A new lab test is being used on a sample from a stain found in the trunk of the car. A new device tests gases emitted from the stain to determine whether there's evidence of decomposition.

Thought that crossed my mind last night. Probably nothing...just a thought.

Didn't Cindy say that she covered all of Caylee's expenses, and Casey worked only to earn fun-money (for lack of better words).

Whether it's ZG or not, what if Casey deliberately kept her "nanny" and Cindy separated, never letting them meet, because the whole work-nanny story is a lie. Follow me here...

What if she told Cindy that the nanny cost $150/week and that the nanny would only take cash. Cindy gives Casey cash to pay the nanny, but there never was a job, never was a nanny, and Casey used that money to pay for whatever her expenses were (Target clothes, beer, gas).

Just something that crossed my mind, since I have no doubt that, PRIOR to this whole thing, George and Cindy were manipulated in myriad ways by Casey. (I do believe that, since this thing broke, we've seen where Casey learned the art of manipulation--from her parents, who have proved to be quite skilled at it themselves.)

This is in my humble opinion the best theory, the most logical theory I've heard so far. I think some other posters might have alluded to the same possibility in the past as well but forgive me I don't remember those posters now. Cindy knows about the nanny because Cayse was getting money from her to pay this non existent nanny. It is logical that Casey did not create this character the last few weeks. She needed this character to get money from her parents all the time.

My question now is....where was Caylee really was when Casey was telling people she was with the nanny? And I am not talking about the last month. If she was spending the day with the child, wouldn't the child say something to the grandparents? I mean she was 3 years old, old enough to say ''me and mommy swimmed in the poll today'', ''me and mommy went shopping today'', ''i am not hungry cause mommy made me a swandiwch today'' .

I still don't think the grandparents are conspiring to cover for Casey. I think they have been told so many lies by Casey, a lot of info is confused in their heads as well. If Casey is telling them their grandaughter is taken by someone and she is in danger, unfortunately they can't do anything but believe her right now. It it the logical reaction, the ONLY OPTION they have to believe Caylee is alive.

So, where is the forensics on the trunk of that car? Shouldn't it be done by now?

I posted this, and wanted to put my opinion seperate. The problem with this theory, for me is that all of this is subject to what Cindy and George have said and to me I don't trust anything they say.

Could she have drowned in the pool? Of course! But because it appears that all partys in this case can't tell the darn truth, I just am not inclinded to trust anything........espically if it comes from Casey or Cindy.

REGARDING GEORGE REMEMBERING WITH DETAILS THE CLOTHES CAYSE AND CAYLEE WERE WEARING:

If some people believe that George must have smelled and identified the decomposing smell since he was a LE for 10 years, if we accept that, if we argue that he is lying about the pizza, then we have to accept that as a trained LE for 10 years, he could also be very good in remembering the clothes his daughter and his grandaughter were wearing and give a detailed description.

Otherwise we are exercising double standards when judging George's behavior. We can't say he must have known what a decomposing smell since he was an LE, but think it is weird that he was able to remember what his daughter and grandaughter were wearing. If we bring forward the argument George have to have known what the smell was, then we have to accept the same argument that he could remember their clothes. If we want to be fair

Maybe but Cindy did say she would continue with her search. It is devastating. How odd is that Casey says she left with Caylee to go to work between 9AM and 1PM on June the 9th a 4 hr window not even tacked down and also the last time she saw Caylee. Yet she knows she was last with Cindy on the 15th? How can Cindy or the Anthony's accept this excuse, unless they know more? Lets be real here. Casey stands by the 9th date and the parents have stated other wise and there is also footage of Georg's newest comment. Come on now It does not add up and this is a very clear indicator. Casey has never changed her story. Why is the family continuing with enabling her and the no evidence comment by Cindy on the stand? Did Casey tell her parents, what really gives???

Can you provide a link that shows Jesse and Casey went to the beach 27-29. I have searched and searched and come up with nothing on that.

June 24th and they did go to the beach the weekend of 27-29. Jesse backed out from what he heard after being attacked by Casey's attorneys in the media or shortly there after, orso it does seem. He is now not 100% sure he heard Caylee's voice?

Anybody have a link to the phone call that FOX news played a little bit ago? It was just a short call with Casey asking Lee to call someone for her.

Indian tribes, cremation would hve to research, not sure about Wiccan

Most common "burning" in a Wiccan burial, is of candles and incense and/or smudging wands. Though, most Pagan burials differ... but still the 3 things I touched on tend to be the only burning part.

Don't know about fair but George seems to remember that outfit on three different dates. Now that is odd. MOO
