What FACTS bother you the most?
I have several which make me think that Kaylee is dead:

1) Length of time she was missing before being reported.

2) Casey, who doesn't do anything but party, decides she needs a SHOVEL.

3) Casey's lies and attitude with the police as documented in the police report at the time of her arrest for Child Neglect.

What known facts bother you the most?

At this point, I would say the negotiating for "immunity." Immunity from what? telling the police a few lies? Why would you need immunity from that? At most, you will get a couple months of probation. WHAT does Casey need immunity FROM? This to me, says Caylee is dead, Casey knows it, and Casey is probably responsible for it.

I was reading Lee's comments on his myspace and this one from Casey irritated the heck out of me, I have never referred to my children like this:

One of the questions I've been meaning to ask everyone here is about these bars/clubs like Fusion that Casey frequented. Isn't there some sort of cover charge for going to clubs like this? Wouldn't it cost Casey just to go inside?

Does sound like they are scared of something leaking out to the public.

Actually now that I think about it it's a bit strange we haven't heard from one of Casey's friends by now. I'm sure the media would love to interview some of her friends, and in most cases at least one friend comes forward to talk.

I think that her peeps don't want anyone scrutinizing their lives/partying so don't want to draw attn to themselves. Also, I bet Gma has lowered the hammer and warned them not to speak as she is the "official" voice.

I also don't remember any of Melinda Duckett's friends speaking out (tho neither did her grandparents or parents) I really see parallels in these two cases.

I still think Casey has had a mental break from reality. I can't help thinking that trip to Disney was a result of that. I think in her mind she believed she did work there...until something snapped her back into reality to know she did not and it was in the past. She was reliving her life from before.

Now what can cause this? We do know that she has suffered seizures, but they say there is no physical condition (brain tumor, epilepsy, etc.) to cause them? People don't just have seizures for no reason to my knowledge.

I'm still bothered by the lack of conversation between Casey and Amy on myspace.

And, of course, the missing comments on the others during the time frame. I'll bet those were intentionally deleted.

And, the blogs on Casey's that were set to private. Dang people who won't let us nose in on every part of their life!:doh:

probably...but then again look at how well it worked for the couple calling from Texas (said sarcastically).

The mother said that this baby sitter had been watching Caylee for a year and a half and had been friends with Casey longer than that. I must be very overly protective as I alway ask both my children who is watching the babys, how old are they , do they drink, where do they live.... Guess I am a nosey mom, but you just never know. I just cant believe she doesnt know the babysitters name, if she is as close to that baby as she says.

So let me get this straight, Gma stated to Greta she only had an hour to talk to Casey and at the same time managed to not answer that question.

Well they had to have had some discussion because they spent time proudly setting up that myspace page. Remember Gma was upset because everyone was saying Casey wasn't helping and Gma used the myspace page to point out she did? And that Gma had seen her cry and the reports of no emotion weren't true?

As usual nothing matches up. Just like the timeline that Gma said is off a week. I wonder WHO'S timeline is off???

The only thing I saw her promoting was partying and dancing with men and women... Maybe her love for photography means being in front of the camera? She's sure in enough pictures.

I spoke with Tony and his reply is, "Everything she told me was a lie. She said that Caylee's dad died in a car accident."
