Another question we asked Baez was where his client lived and work during the five weeks cops believe her daughter was missing.

“Where she was staying and specific details of that time period, I’m going to leave to preparing for her defense,” Baez said. “I don’t want to get into that at this time.”
He also said where Casey was working during the time of Caylee’s disappearance is a side issue he would not address.

While Baez is working to get Casey out of jail and back with her parents. He said his job is to protect her at all costs, defending her against her current charges and any charges she may face in the future.

As for Casey’s jail accommodations, there were reports out that she was in the psych ward.

That’s not true.

According to officials with Orange County Corrections Casey is in protective custody because of all the media attention.

Other inmates have no access to her.

Casey will have a bond hearing Tuesday afternoon. Baez expects her bond to be low considering that the charges against her are third degree felony and she has no prior record

Has anyone else noticed how she speaks of Caylee as her own? In the blue text above, and elsewhere in interviews - wouldn't it be more appropriate to at least say "US" vs "ME?"

~the timeline, acc. to gma after just reviewing it with LE when SHE COULD HAVE TAKEN A NAP FOR AN HOUR, is two weeks off per whom?

~gma clarifies for the world that she never said casey knew where the child was but rather....casey knew who SHE HANDED THE BABY TO for four hours of babysitting on June 9th in the arrest report it last states that casey took her baby to zg's and she was not home...then she checked several places she might be and she was not there IT NEVER MENTIONS WHERE SHE LEFT THE BABY OR THAT SHE PLACED THE BABY IN ZG'S HAND! DID SHE JUST LEAVE HER ON THE STAIRS OR SOMETHING! PLEASE!!!

When I lived in New Mexico a woman tried to sell her kid for drugs. She was busted by an under cover cop. I think I heard something just this past year on the news about a couple trying to sell their kids for drugs. Any kind of addiction becomes a mistress and an addicted person will do anything to get their fix. Sad but true.

My former co-worker bought (and was convicted of buying) an infant from a woman who wanted money to gamble - $1200!!!!

I watched as much as I could on Greta. She reminded me of Scott Peterson's mother. Put on the hysterics, add some Oxygen every now and then, and Jackie and Cindy are pretty much alike.

She has no idea who fathered the child. I can't imagine that as control-freaky as she is, she would not have raised her own daughter without knowing who her friends were.

ok the more i watch this the more i am begining to think that Casey has hid the daughter from her parents, because of the abuse that Casey had to go through.

I beleive that Cindy is allowing her daughter to take the blame for this, and is trying to make her duaghter look crazy so that she can keep her family secrets hidden away.

What FACTS bother you the most?
I have several which make me think that Kaylee is dead:

1) Length of time she was missing before being reported.

2) Casey, who doesn't do anything but party, decides she needs a SHOVEL.

3) Casey's lies and attitude with the police as documented in the police report at the time of her arrest for Child Neglect.

What known facts bother you the most?

This reward that has an expiration date. I think that's odd.

I totally agree. I found it strange that she didn't say..."Caylee loved her sitter and talked about going to her house, etc."

Even if she wasn't such a control freak I would assume she would know exactly who the babysitter was since she had helped raise Caylee. And since Casey lived with them it would not be uncommon for them to stop and pick Caylee up from the sitters, etc.
There is no way that this gm hadn't met the sitter.

The Greta interview..... Weighing in I think her overdramatization was her way of trying to save face for her bad form in the fox interview earlier today. And to excuse her bad behavior with Greta. As absorbed as she seems I find it hard to believe she hasn't googled herself and ended up here.

The most disturbing thing I see about tonights interview is the babysitting convo. "Annie or whatever" The fact that she claims not to have met her blows my mind. As controlling and overprotective as she was how did she not know someone babysitting for Caylee? With them living with her she never met this person? I have a 19 yr old daughter at home and when she brings up a new name I encourage her to invite them over to meet the family and I am a very liberal parent.....

I'm leaning toward Amy being involved completely.

From all the reading, Amy had been friends with Casey for a while, so has Morales.

I think about when I was a teen/early 20's. I thought I was grown and didn't want my parents telling me what to do either. But when my parents made me mad, you bet my best friends knew it.

Her friends seem to oblivious to Caylee, for them to all talk about getting together with her and her daughter, going places together, talking about what a beautiful little girl she is, etc... friends comment on how much fun they had the day before with Casey and Caylee and can't wait to do it again..

It doesn't wash that they would just blow it off when Casey said Caylee was at the nanny's 24/7, especially if Casey was living with Amy. Where on earth did Amy think Caylee was at bedtime... all through the night... morning.... then all day?
