So Bobby did waste time going back to find it then when it was going to come up again. While I respect we need to reference material, I also have to respect other people's time. I prefer to have the information even if they don't remember where they saw it immediately when it is on something like this. I wish others would give the same consideration as to these issues instead of wasting precious time on the trivial. :furious:

I believe I thanked her for looking as well as the person that found the link, and also mentioned I was looking too.

I'm a FACT type person, and need to see what people looked at, as we all see things differently at times.

Good point about the hurricane and phone lines being down...but a deal is a deal and they can't control the weather.

I brought up Texas EquuSearch to Tony Padilla the other night and he was not familiar with their group. I told him to become familiar with Tim Miller and TES as they stood the better chance of recovery. :)

I believe Baez is bound by attorney/client privilege. Can't a murderer can give gross details of the crime to his/her attorney and it is to remain prvileged info -- a secret forever, unless the defendant dies? I think so. Someone will correct me if I'm wrong. :)

Thank you Selma! Do anyone know if this is correct?

Hi all. :Banane19: I am a long time lurker, first time poster. I found WS during the Natalie Holloway case and lurked on and off ever since then. This case and the Nancy Cooper one brought me back. I look forward to talking to all of you. This is a great forum!

Welcome JB!

LE has already determined these were not Casey or Caylee's belongings.

If we had only been exposed to the testimony of friends of Casey regarding her behavior during the month that Caylee was missing, seen the party pics, heard her mother report the smell of a dead body in her car, read about Casey's admitted lies and wild goose chase she led authorities on immediately proceeding her arrest, noted the response of the cadaver dogs, assimilated the fact that Cindy washed and concealed evidence and listened to the audio tapes from jail, and then paid attention to the fact that she has refused to cooperate with LE or offer any information to help them resolve/locate Caylee, what would we be thinking?
If she is bailed out, and the agreement or statement is that she will be in the BH's custody for a week, what does that imply? I am thinking that because Cindy has so maddeningly muddied the waters and created this mind virus that Casey is a clueless victim, that someone has to give their best shot at mounting a search for Caylee. No credible org has been asked to help, so this leaves us with what we're witnessing.
The alternative can only be uncovering the crime behind another body that was placed in the yard and trunk and recovering Caylee.

Hi Check!

I agree that it would be great if they permitted her to have totally private conversations, but it appears that's only permitted if those conversations are with her attorney. I disagree with the total lack of privacy in prison before a person is found guilty and actually serving a punishment sentence. Even then, I'm not entirely in favor of removing one's right to privacy. I disagree that there's no valid reason for Casey to get out jail. Her bond has been set. If someone can pay it, she's entitled to it. If something happens to her once she is out, that would be on Padilla's head. He said he's confident and obviously he's taking a calculated risk.

I hope he is successful.

I agree with this completely. Our legal system allows for individuals charged with crimes to make bond and be out until their trial dates. Although things don't look very good for Casey, she has this legal right and it would be a terrible thing for an innocent person to be punished/held before trial because the public has determined them to be guilty. These processes are in place to protect us all, as offensive as it may seem in cases like this.

This is probably true. Doubtful that Baez would have been informed of any kind of act in which Casey shared or took responsibility for harm to Caylee.
My point was, that if details were shared with anyone about danger or threat to Caylee, that would have to be reported to LE.
Remember, LE, specifically the Sheriff of OC, has unequivocally stated as recently as last Thursday or Friday that there is NO credible information to indicate that a kidnapping has taken place.
Sorry, folks playing catch up.

Does he have any credible information that a murder has been committed? it's a catch-22.

:waitasec: It is important especially when people take things from here to other places to have all the links. I am only saying that I wasted so much time trying to hunt for something that I KNEW FOR A FACT was said previously and as long as I have been here, my integrity had not been called into question when stating a fact before and it was unneccessary.

If it is something important, we know it will be splashed all over the news again in the course of the day. I just don't want people wasting their time like I did if they know what they saw or read. We aren't going to have all the links from the blurbs across the national media streams today, but I still want to know what is being reported!

I have no problem with her making bond, none at all. I DO have a problem with what appears to me to be a bunch of new people coming in for publicity. That's my problem with all this. They can bond her out and decline interviews....isn't going to happen. jmo
