Thank you! So who requested they get involved in the Trenton Duckett case? I think I remember them being there, searching the surrounding areas on horseback, etc.

I believe it was Trenton's dad.

Here is the website if anyone is interested ... it is a little harder to find since the name is actually Texas EquuSearch

http://www.texasequusearch.org/
Thank you for that link. I thought they were just able to do mounted searches (on horses), thus the name. I didn't realize they had the ability to do in water searches.

Anyway, we had a guy at the InSession boards who was a member or ran that organization.

Thanks to both who answered the question.

I wonder if the Anthony's are aware of the organization? the only reason I am is because I follow cases.

LOL..
I completely agree if she got out she would be dead in 3 days.

have to respectfully disagree...Casey's a sociopathic, narcissistic individual who would much rather be around to see her very own drama unfold, so I cannot imagine her EVER killing herself.

Again, the reason I mentioned them specifically to Tony Padilla more than once. :)

So what happens after a week? Does he pack up and go home? He thinks he's going to gain Casey's trust and get her to spill the beans after a week?

http://www.wesh.com/news/17219601/detail.html

(snip)
Padilla said he'll speak with Anthony's attorney, Jose Baez, on Monday to determine the best scenario for getting her out of jail.

He also said he's giving himself a week to find Caylee

I hope some can understand my train of thought here. If Casey actually thinks Caylee is in danger if she "talks", she will sit in jail and keep her mouth shut instead of endangering her daughter. JMO.

I can understand why that lady did what she did, as a court ordered her to let the husband see her child and wouldn't believe the child was being molested. She put the child into hiding and ate the jail sentence. So, yes, I can understand this.

In Casey's case we haven't seen a claim that a court has ordered this for her baby. As far as I know Casey could tell LE about what she suspects, where Caylee is and have Caylee checked. If it's true, somebody is in trouble. If it can't be proved Casey could move away with her child, she's 22, and there would have been an explanation to all that has transpired.imo

And the family has made it clear that the only people welcome to search are one's who follow the kidnapping theory.
That makes sense. Unfortunately, I also still believe the kidnapping theory. JMO.

Until I get some FE that Caylee was murdered, besides the cadaver dogs, I will continue to think she is alive somewhere. Just like Madeline McCann.

No one besides Tim Miller runs that organization and he would not be caught dead on IS, imo.

TES has several cases they are working on simultaneously, but they have not been asked to get involved in any search for Caylee. If you or anyone else reads that anywhere please post the link if you would not mind.

I desperately wish they do become involved here.

I've also heard the rumor but have as yet to see concrete confirmation of the fact.

Which is disingenous imo, - TES does not presume death of a missing person necessarily.. Under that auspice who says they might not be able to find her ALIVE?? Wouldnt that be just the resource they would need to say..we've searched, we didnt find her, maybe she is alive.

You know that is not my opinion but I am just vieing for Captain Obvious early in the day..

See that's the point. She told LE where she left Caylee (or thought she left Caylee). But that woman doesn't exist..... nor does the apartment, so something is wrong with this equation.

Lots of people will have to answer some very difficult questions.

Is it Casey's stupidity, or did someone kidnap that child?

Narcissistic liars are very spiteful and can't tolerate it when people don't believe their lies. How dare we question them. They are just as likely to commit suicide as anyone else is. They do it for spite. The final screw you to everyone who didn't believe and stand by them. It's about control and that's their final act of control. You heard Casey yell and guilt her mother on the 911 calls. The ultimate guilt trip she can pull will be suicide.

I'm getting a late start and still catching up here.

Does everyone realize the risks of letting Casey out? Will someone be in the shower with her? Watch her take a p***? People under suicide watch hang themselves in the shower all the time. The risk outweighs the slim chance that Casey will tell anyone about anything useful. Besides, Baez will be telling her don't talk to anyone.

My thoughts exactly. She's had a taste of jail and knows she will be doing some time. She has access to news papers and can openly hear the TV from her cell and only see a portion of the TV. Right now she's in protective custody but don't think for a minute the other inmates in general population aren't harassing her with their cat calls. She is way to preppy for prison. Casey has run out of lies and does not even want to face the questions from her family after a month of hell in a cell.

She is a high risk candidate for suicide because she is up against a wall with absolutely nobody to talk to. If Lee has time with her alone he may be able to get the truth out of her. I think she should have to stay with Lee because he calls her out on her lies and wants to know where his niece is and now! He is sick of her BS lies. He may put up a front for the cameras and act like he is on her side, but deep down he knows she did something to that baby. I also think he wants his life back.

Her parents are just pawns to her. She could care less what they have to say. Every time they open their mouths it pisses her off. She has no respect for them. She loves and respects Lee.

This middle aged arrogant cowboy bounty hunter guy with bad teeth, and big scary glasses hasn't got a shot in hell getting anything out of Casey. She's had seasoned detectives grill and interogate her for hours and hours and she didn't crack.

JMO

Its going to be interesting to see if Casey does in fact get bailed out. She has proven to be very uncooperative and from what I gathered, Tony Padilla will have several points that Casey must agree to before he posts bail.

Surely Baez has covered those requirements with her. If not, he'd better go into hiding. I'll bet Padilla will wring his neck if he came down there for nothing. :D

I seriously doubt they are going to let her out today and tomorrow is certainly out of the question as the latest reports put Fay going over Orlando tomorrow. I'm on the west coast where it's supposed to land here and I know here all government personnel is preparing for the storm. I'm willing to think a lot of key personnel to prepare Casey for release will be "busy". Ya know?

I agree with this completely. Our legal system allows for individuals charged with crimes to make bond and be out until their trial dates. Although things don't look very good for Casey, she has this legal right and it would be a terrible thing for an innocent person to be punished/held before trial because the public has determined them to be guilty. These processes are in place to protect us all, as offensive as it may seem in cases like this.

:) What a shame this young lady claims to know nothing about where her daughter Caylee is. Lied to LE about the date she went missing and lied on so many levels to the detriment of her own daughter. I'm aware of the process, now I'm curious what other conditions for her release could be added in. She has a hearing set up at 1:45 on the 21st thats in 4 days. Hearing in RM # 6-D sixth floor. CS #2008-CF-00109250
There are plenty of repeat offender's who act out in other ways, taking victims with them and way too many do so while out on bond. I do believe her Bounty Hunters figures it will take his team 5 days to conclude this venture. 24/7 We shall see.

Yes they are aware. Blink has offered to make the "hook up" and get involved with the search as well.
