Okay, so after reading the Tony Padilla thread, I think I'm gonna have to give him benefit of the doubt. If she gets out on bail, I really hope they can get some info out of her.

But now I'm confused...what's all this talk of her not getting out now? what happened since last night?

I'm in Orlando...the sun is still shining here this morning. No bad weather yet. I don't think it will be that bad here....just a REALLY bad storm and lots of rain.

Orlando is 200 miles north so who knows - they'll (Orlando) will proably work all day today but tomorrow might be iffey.

Yes, everything is open today. All schools etc. It has just been left open whether or not things will close tomorrow. But, I will let you guys know if I hear of any closings. The news says they expect heavy flooding here. I think South FL is the main concern tho.

They should be fine. But yes I agree we need to watch out for our elderly. Just tryin to ease your worry. This is still classified as a Tropical Storm. We have gone through MANY bad hurricanes down here...and I grew up in the panhandle of FL and been through more than I can count seen trees uprooted etc. Orlando doesn't get hit very hard with smaller hurricanes and Tropical Storms...they slow down a lot by the time they get here. It's just like being in a REALLY bad thunderstorm for HOURS and HOURS. The time to worry is when you have a Category 3 or higher heading your way and ESP if you live within 20 min of the coast.

Governor is closing a lot of government buildings. I haven't heard if Orange County is getting closed but I'm thinking she's not going to get out. All available personnel is to be preparing for the storm. Everything else is on hold.

How can anyone, other than possibly LE say that nothing has happened in the last 30 days? For all we know they have solid evidence without having found Caylee. I'm not convinced of the "what can it hurt" attitude about this situation. It could possibly cause complications to the investigation and I'm far from convinced that Casey will be more likely to talk to them. I'm sure she realizes that if she shares information about evidence it will harm her regardless if she tells LE or these folks...doesn't matter...she goes to the big house either way. If she does have Antisocial Personality Disorder then the normal techniques used to gain information will not be effective if they play on grief, guilt or fear...just won't work. If this whole thing ends up happening then I wish them all the best and hope they are successful. However, I just have concerns about people inserting themselves into criminal cases of this nature. It could become a slippery slope in regard to the control LE is able to have over evidence and investigative procedures.
