Sweetwater, I'll try and look some, I just am kinda burnt out on watching them yammer. I do know it wasn't some visit we had been told was canceled or whatever...it was one we knew she went to.

Ok, if you ever run across it, please pm me, ok? It seems to me that shortly after this supposed conversation, LE released the tapes. I have wondered if they did that because of the extreme disconnect between the reality of the conversations and what Cindy was and has continued to propagate.

Someone just on Fox just said that if Padilla is such a good bounty hunter then he should be out searching for Caylee.

Good morning everybody. I hope you all got a good nights rest.
I have been thinking the same thing all weekend. If he's so good at his job he should be able to track these "kidnappers" down. So many people have questioned this girl about Caylee's disapearance. The only person I think she may tell during this trial is Jose Baez. My question is this. If Casey tells Baez there was a terrible accident and she flipped out does Baez have to report that to LE?

....but if by some miracle they found Caylee...alive...they wouldn't give her back to 'those people' would they?

To her grand parents most likely, especially if Casey is still in jail.

Maybe he will track them down, IF they exist. Maybe Casey will give him information. He can't do that if he hasn't gotten the information. That's the purpose he wants to be alone with her.
If she gets out and spends time with him, the worst case scenario is that he will find out that the abduction story is baloney.
Wouldn't that be good to finally know that much, at least?
Right now, we know absolutely nothing, except what we feel.
I'm ready for some real information and don't really care who gets it from her or how.

I have Caylee's picture on my desktop background. My 2.5 year old pointed at her picture for days and kept saying "who DAT?" He is in love with that child's face. I told him "that's Caylee honey, she's lost." He just woke up and came over to my screen. He pointed at her picture, grinned from ear to ear and said "hi Cay-lee, are you o-k now?"
I think I am just going to crawl in a hole and die now.

If she confesses to Baez it is my understanding that as an officer of the court, it's his duty to still provide her a defense but he cannot suborn perjury so he couldn't put her on the stand. He also I think would have to try to take a plea with the DA.

Anybody should, and certain professionals are required by law, to report any danger or threat to another person that is reported to them , whether they consider that danger or threat to be real or perceived.
