I do count one admission against interest made by CA: that she left the Anthony home with her child, alive, on June 16. She may have a lot of stories about how things went thereafter, but I accept that small bit as true.

I think Cindy said that on that morning she heard Casey and Caylee in their romm but didn't see them. George said he saw them leave with their backpacks. That's it.

And honestly, I am not even sure that those statements are true either. How bout you?

I haven't been able to find ONE thread here with accurate information.

Maybe I am not looking in the right place.

There are threads for affidavits and search warrants. IMO, those are factual. There are threads that contain the LE pressers as well. And transcripts for the bond hearings.

I can't really say anything about the phone records because I think they have just released what they felt like, for a good reason, I'm sure. I definitely think there's more to the phone records than what they have posted. Have we started a thread to discuss the actual facts? Maybe someone could start it and update the first post with only facts?

Cadaver dog hit in the car trunk.
Caylee is gone.
Car abandoned on or before June 30th at Amscot parking lot.
Car towed on June 30th.
Car returned to Anthonys on July 15th.
Casey said she hadn't seen Caylee in 31 days.
Neighbors heard Casey fighting with her mom on June 15th p.m.
Neighbors said Casey borrowed a shovel and returned it.
Casey was seen partying on Friday nights at Fusian.
Friends of Casey said they hadn't seen Caylee for a long time -- matching the period of disappearance.

For argument sake.... not trying to be mean or anything, but why should we believe the neighbors either?

My family and I often yell and scream. No one is missing or dead. Heck, I don't believe anyone unless there is documented proof. So I believe the car stuff. But about the pictures, we have no PROOF when those pictures were taken.

So far everything that has come from LE is what I trust. Nothing they have said has been proven wrong. Practically everything the Anthony's including Lee and now their entourage so far has been a lot of bullpucky.

I am so glad the fact that no one associated with the case has ever mentioned xanax, and we are finally discussing that here!

There have been many lost on the xanax theory that has no basis in fact I would applaud it not being mentioned and us sticking to accurate information.

EXACTLY.. a child who has been neglected... has a right to be free of imminent danger... therefore it would be appropriate for the state to act on her behalf, necessitating opening a family court case..

But first comes the case, then the GAL. In this case, no Caylee, no family court involvement....unless there was a father out there....in which case there would already be a case (child support, visitation), but we know, according to Casey, that there is no father (and now ya'll make take a big ol sip of wry!)

Ewwwww! Do we have some posers? Not one thread with accurate information? Sounds like someone directly from the Anthony camp. If the theories discussed aren't exactly based on facts given by them we are not allowed to discuss them.

We do need to be careful because IMO, they are here, reading and maybe posting. There is just no way to tell who someone is over the internet. And certainly no way to know what someone's motive is for posting what they post.

See, I think we're seeing a bunch of posers launching a targeted campaign on this site. WS has been out front with incredibly timely and accurate information and intelligent discussion. Posers would try to cast everything and every theory into doubt and attack regulars to discredit the bloggers and posters. We already know that media, LE, lawyers and interested bloggers come here to read and perhaps post. The tone of these recent posts indicates something to me. Just a feeling.

I don't know what I think about the statements by the GP's about that day. They do corroborate what Casey said. I sort of accept the Casey statement based on legal, evidence kinds of principals, the same way I accept Cindy A's "excited utterances" in the 911 call. In Casey's case, she basically puts herself as the last known, proven to exist person to see Caylee alive. It is a statement that really doesn't help her, so maybe is likely to be the germ of truth in all the spew that comes after. Until something credible and contrary to this comes out, other than phantom, cannot be named people, I'm keeping it on my list as true.

The problem is that many people believe they can lie to LE, and get away with it.
Very few people go to prison for lying to the police.
A mandatory prison term might change their minds.
Just like "use a gun, go to prison".
Lie to the police, spend a year in prison for each lie.

I'm kinda new here. Used to be on another forum for JonBenet a long time ago but only lurked here. Have you had this happen before? I can tell you that even since I started lurking here again a few weeks ago, the tone has really changed.

So, this was an attempt at Baez to get the LE to show his hand? Is that while all of a sudden a hush order was put on the Anthony's by the LE? Is LE building up for something big? Is Baez stuck with this thumbs in some orifice because his client isn't talking?

Caylee is on the losing end. Surrounded by a bunch of nutcases. We really don't know much. When the forensics come back, we might be able to put the pieces of the puzzle together. Until then.... we can only speculate and wait.
