It really doesn't matter because whatever the reason given if she isn't bailed out people will have opinions otherwise. We already know it will be a legitimate excuse.
I don't think they should let her out of jail. I don't believe that letting her out is going to be 'good' for Caylee any way you look at it. I don't think it would be good for the public, Casey, for her parents or for the neighbors. I don't think we've SEEN like the circus it will be if they let her out. The media frenzy will increase to epic proportion. None of this will do anything but hamper the ability of LE to do their jobs because they'll constantly be bombarded with and running down those who instigate confrontation and threats. Yes, we're frustrated. I can't imagine the media's frustration at trying to provide us the information that WE want. And the people trying to live there, they've got to be p*ssed. This thing is bound to come to a head...and soon.
An innocent child has been lost and we don't know what's really happened to Caylee. I have a really bad feeling about all of this media hype surrounding Casey's release or lack thereof. Someone is going to get seriously hurt...or worse...and I for one don't wish to watch THAT on live television.
I hope and pray, for that reason( and others of course), that they don't let her out. Nothing good can come of it..absolutely nothing.
