I agree with Suz and even though it is frustrating that we dont know more, I think this is one of the few cases I can say from an LE perspective that is being handled perfectly. Baez and the other Bailey and Barnum Brothers what a public showdown for one reason- they want to know what they have, and their client is a PR trainwreck. They did not bite.

I asked this in the wee hours of this morning, but have to ask it again...Are you all as tired as I am of hearing about "when the story is revealed," that we'll all know why things have happened the way they have? Does the family hold all of LE in complete disdain? George, Cindy, and even Jose have made that statement. Of course, since there now is an official spokesman, we probably won't hear that again!!! Kinda making my head hurt, more than Fay is.

We don't know the real story! All we know is what LE and Casey has allowed us to know.

I have been racking my brain trying to determine just what the attorney said to the BH to convince him to come help. I feel sure that the BH was not following this case as well as most on this form do, so the only thing I have come up with is what I said several days ago, that the attorney is trying to get LE to put up or shut up. What other motive could there be?

A "former criminal investigator" on Headline Nights just said that Bounty Hunter could be called in to testify and that Casey would be under surveilance by LE. It seems like a risk to the defense to me and what is to be gained? I'm just agreeing with your questioning.

Maybe some other legal professionals on here can offer an explanation...
