Olive, Great to hear I'm not alone on this Twin Peaks thing. Besides the obvious similarities, I love that there is a frequent guest discussing this on Nancy Grace named Penny DOUGLAS FIR (Not sure about the spelling). And could George be more Leland Palmer-like? Down to the snow white hair! David Lynch has got to be following this! For me, this case just shows what a genius he really is. Thanks again, Andy

I can tell you I have seen her story posted today on at least 3 other very high news sight blogs - none of which are moderated at all, in any manner whatsoever.

Can you say which blogs. I'm curious now about how others are responding.

Well, my gut speaks your gut's language because I agree the same thing. I think the "sightings" are false as no one is going to look or research those "sightings" as well as they are called into Cindy's cellphone at night....As I said, I could be wrong too, and I hope so, because I want that little girl alive. Unfortunately, I don't think so. This is the first case I have been sooooo into because I can't fathom waiting over 30 days to report your child missing. Other missing children cases happen rapidly; this one has a lot of evidence missing or gone, too late. It keeps me up at night, neglecting my family LOL I just want SOMETHING to break, SOMEONE to talk.

Gibby, I'm with you there. I have WS minimized on my puter all day at work. Got caught once...spend my lunch hour here and jump right on after work. My house is one big dust bunnie and dinner is take-out every night. I can't understand why everyone else in the world isn't doing the same! IIRC, LE checked ALL the incoming numbers on her phone & didn't find one at the time she claimed 'Caylee' called.... and didn't find any numbers that weren't to friends or family that I recall.

Lee himself said he was having trouble confirming anything she said.


If I'm wrong... someone jump in. And hit me with a wet noodle.... I can take it. lol

And when he went to call the phone numbers for two of Casey's sources, it ended up being the neighbors and they were like, "Lee? Why are you calling me?"

Thank you THANK YOU! I just wanted someone to SAY: He knows she is deceased. I'm new to this law/sleuthing and was thinking he musta knew but just wanted someone else to say it to stroke my ego. The other points, I didn't know as I am still learning key words like "discovery". Thanks again!

Baez is on the record acknowledging they have circumstansial evidence of a death, but that clearly they don't have a prosecutable case at this time or charges would have been brought. I thought he was a nightmare in his public statements early on, he made two or three comments that I interpreted as him saying she was guilty. He has gotten better as time has gone on.

I was on the thread with you, Sherbie. While I agree that the tone was one of fear, I got more of a feeling that is was also an attempt to cast 'reasonable doubt' out there.

Either way, I left feeling sorry for JG as a victim.

I sorta got more of a vibe that she was unsure what to think and maybe was looking for help to piece it together so that she could know whether she needed to be afraid or not. But repeating what Cindy allegedly told her certainly does aid in pointing the finger at JG and his family. Still, I really felt that she was also suspicious of the family and didn't know what to think.

I certainly agree with you about JG...I feel so sorry for him.

It seems very strange to me that if her daughter had called after being missing 31 days, she would not have asked her how she was or who had her or something. Well, anyway, I believe that phone call is pure fiction.

Cindy said the Great Grandmother received a phone call from Caylee also.

Caylee has not been seen since June 16. How did these phone calls happen if Casey's phone was shut off on July 8 because of a $724 phone bill?

My gut tells me Casey either killed this child, or something horrible happened causing Caylee's death and the rest is Casey's attempt to cover it up. But I could be so wrong! That's what keeps me riveted. Each day there is something to talk about - I've never seen anything like this. Thanks again for the welcome, Andy

a) There is no benefit to Caylee being found to his Client, he knows she is deceased.
b) That would not force a rush to upgrade charges that would make them open to the discovery filing.
c) That would not generate enough press to hope to squeeze a plea from the DA
d) He has been to every BB in Fla, I want to say he has one in his office complex..
d) No other Bondsmen with the name PADILLA, same name as the PIO in OCSD who he openly called a liar on NG

Did you notice Baez saying last night on Greta that the explanation of why Casey did not report Caylee missing for 31 days would be in his ....

I feel there is something very telling about the reverends post about when Caylee is found some truth will be revealed. Sounds like some kind of close involvement to me IMO.
